    I do agree with your psychological conclusion. But the method that you're suggestiong is presumably impossible to to proceed with. Firstly because this type of display will decrease people's acessibility to the equipment they need to work with and secondly because these personalities are very contradictory and somewhat opposite so we can't make an environment that has both of the opposite desings
