Cool to see a spotlight on the bass. Since the pillows haven't had a permanent bassist in the band since their really early days, we rarely hear from the bass player.
i think they officially don’t call them a member, but they essentially are. I imagine they’d be there both in the studio and live, writing bits and doing the rest. The reason they don’t is out of respect for the original bassist and founding member, but yeah, a bit unorthodox.
@@cactus-mcjacktusYoshinori Arie from Vola and Oriental Machine is their bass player now. He’s the first to be an actual member of the band since their original bass player left. Suzuki Jun puts on a better show though
