Intentions are good, but many flaws. Why claiming Ayurved? The wood she's roasting the eggplants on is not natural, but processed , full of chemicals. Which oil is used? Seems like the ordinary refined one, full of chemicals, no nutrition. Why so much oil and chilli? Even chilli is not Indian! Since when tomatoes are used in original Indian food? Tomatoes reached Indiaonly a few centuries ago. Cooking in aluminium? Even the kadhi is in aluminium pot, you can clearly see the colour change caused by the acidity of the curd. Is this Ayurvedic?
