They’re not allowed to repeat what may be a defamatory statement. In law that’s publishing and you could be sued. Legally it’s not a defence to say - ‘we are not saying it, Eubank said it’. Quite surprised TS presenters don’t know.
@@dontbewoke legally, you are on thin ice if you broadcast the exact words of someone else’s libel. That’s why if a paper publishes a libel, and thereby spreads it, it is them and not the person who made the dodgy statement who is sued.

Warren has a history of suing fighters, usually his own. There's a place for promoters and Frank deserves a lot of respect but he needs to remember all of his millions have come from other people putting their lives on the line for his entertainment and to line his pocket. As for Frank suing again, I'm not a lawyer but pretty sure calling someone "a liar and a cheat" alone (and at a boxing press conference of all places) aren't enough to win a defamation case
He states "Frank has lied and stealed his way through boxing last 20 years, and sued me for a few hundred thousand dollars so will not be going with him etc,," So to all new watchers or boxers he states from his knowledge that Frank steals and Lies to all , this comment alone is HARMFUL to Frank and his business which is a multi million business. Depends what your “opinion” is exactly… there are legal structures around libel/slander/defamation etc… defamation is notoriously difficult to bring to court, if something is said on a public platform, that’s the first step, then it has to be provably false, then you have to prove it’s been damaging either to your assets or earnings, your public image, your emotional or psychological wellbeing etc etc…
