New doo lookin tight. I purchased the Scotty Makes Stuff Micro Pro 4th axis stabilizer. Because as Milly Millington wrote; 55 and whats remaining of those knees now. It is a pre loaded handheld parallelogram/steadicam arm basically and works really frickin good with a GoPro! Any action 2 prong will connect and of course 1/4-20 and SLr or phones. Thanks DM!!!
Another great cheap option that we used a lot back in film school was finding an old wheelchair in a thrift store and buying it to use for dolly shots and then donating it back so that people in need can still use it!
Longboards are another good way to get good hand held steady shots, I seen a lot of people use those with big cinema cameras like with skateboard competition or for some short films
At first, I thought this was going be about unicycles. I have seven of those in my garage. Can they help me out? Also, most of my videos are created on rocky beaches so I think I might have a problem with any of these techniques. I guess I'll stick to my kayak.

Love this idea. Great video. Any other suggestions for off-road type filming like on a soccer field or golf course grass or small gravel type situations? I film weddings and I'm on grass often.
If you're good at riding a onewheel (been skating my whole life) I can easily film 360° around me without any real effort, it's pretty easy to twist your waist and legs especially if you're not riding with your feet on a completely 90° angle to the board like some beginners do, you can also ride a onewheel backwards just as fast as you can fowards if you needed.
I guess being on the Varsity Roller Hockey all 4 years of High School doesn't hurt your roller hockey skills. You still have it. Looks like you all were having fun.

Cool video man! I will try this! What’s the off-road solution? Just filmed my first couple YT videos on my Onewheel - I use GoPro Hero 8 Black. I have a condition that makes my hands shake and I am getting very smooth video this way. I wish I could carry my expensive rig but I fall often like you said and it’s just not worth breaking. That said the GoPro has caught some epic wipeouts.
I like the "phone photography" video suggestion, mentioned by h20d boi...but, what I think might be of even greater help to people would be a video on doing "phone videography". With today's cell phones having even greater video abilities (especially the soon-to-be-released Samsung Galaxy Note 20 & (even better) Note 20 Ultra), I think people would GREATLY appreciate tips on shooting video using a cell phone. For the most part, it could cover "general" topics...but, you could also include "specific" sections covering more important topics, such as zooming (ie. 'swiping' vs using volume up/down buttons for zooming). I wouldn't expect you to grab the new Note 20 Ultra for doing a 'tip' video...but, if you could, that would be fantastic.
David Manning thanks. Wow u replied! I have the GoPro hero 7 white witch doesn’t have those features but it still has good stabilization I will do a test and upload to my channel
