@@Танцующийсволками это лапшерезка, но отверстия не пробиты ни одно насквозь, как тесто пройдёт х.з , но работает чувак ювелирно, на глаз из металлолома, охуительно.

It's all butter-soft Eastern European scrap steel - any hardened tool will be able to score, cut, and shape it with almost 0 difficulty.
In the olden days this was a common way of shaping steel, now we obviously have many other options. However, with little money you can get a piece of high Carbon steel scrap, harden and temper it, then you are in business making stuff. 😄 No school like old school!

Very talented workmanship, but he needs to wear more than sunglasses when arc welding. also he needs gloves and a face shield to protect from the strong UV rays from the arc welder. Safety glasses would help when grinding.
