You discussed the two parts of this poem very well but here two things are not clear from your explanation that are - why does the poet think that we are hollow men and in the next line he says the opposite I mean we are filled with.....why? plz interpret this,,🙂🙂🙏

We are hollow men because there is nothing inside. And we are stuffed because we are stuffed like an effigy. Now you know that an effigy is made up of hay. And that's of no importance. So we can say that we are filled with something that has no impact.
