Thanks for sharing your pattern. OMG, I hate the purl stitch too! I knit continental and it's even worse for me! I've been experimenting with the Norwegian purl and it's a little better. Like you, I avoid patterns that have a lot of purling, but I need to get over that because I love the way the stockinette stitch looks.
@@suechaduka LOL! We need to swap lessons, you can show me English style, my tension sucks with that! Isn't it funny how we all have a natural way that we knit? Here is a video I am using to learn Norwegian purl, ruclips.net/video/1CSODqM4Rno/видео.html
I’m a nervous beginner knitter and I’m going to try this. Fingers crossed that I can do it. I can’t see how you kfb you need to zoom in with your camera. Row 17 you say 1 increase but it says to do k2 kfb k14 kfb k2.
@@KathleenStruckJournalist good idea. You can also buy cheap unscented panty liners and use them. Then you tear it out and chuck it & ready for the next!! I’m not sure about the plastic that they contain though if it would make your face sweaty 🥵 or not.
Hi thank you for the video. I guess there is a mistake in the pattern written on the screen. You say increase once in odd rows but you have written kfb in the video twice. 😊
Thank you for sharing your pattern. I love it ❤️.
I have made several masks of different patterns but your pattern is so easy and you explain very well, thank you.
Thanks and bless you Kim!
You knit just like I do! Thank you for this pattern, It's lovely.
Thanks Piper!

I wish you could teach me the Norwegian purl as well as continental knitting, my tension is awful with that

just to clarify on row 17, there is only one increase? The written pattern in the top right corner is showing two increases for row 17.
It's actually 2 increases, thanks for pointing that out
So patiently and clearly you mentioned this tutorial thankyou very much ma'am
Sue, you might think about putting your pattern on Etsy and making a little spare change for your hard work.
Hey Kathleen, thanks for the heads up. Just realised I have many other patterns in my Etsy store but not this one. Thanks!
@@suechaduka I made your mask yesterday (I'm not very fast) and I'm going to make a lighter one to use with an insert between the two. Many thanks.
Thanks a lot for trying it out
Olá muito lindo seu trabalho parabéns
It looks good but does it prevent us from virus?
Masks don't prevent the virus, the minimise the risk of passing it on or getting it from others
Very nice, may i know the junior size
HolA acercar más la cam , no se ve bien 🤔😞😞😞😞
Are you using a worsted weight yarn #4, and doubling it?
This is equivalent to Fine #2, we call it 4ply, slightly thinner than DK
@@suechaduka Could I substitute a worsted weight #4 without doubling it?
@@rosemariezanfardino3769 yes definitely
@@suechaduka Thank you. It's a really beautiful mask. Love the green. Thank you for sharing your talent.
@@suechaduka ahhhh I bought several yarns in 4 ply by mistake thinking it was dk. Now I know how to get rid of it!
Don’t forgot layer underneath to protect
I was thinking of making a lace (not too lacey) interior mask to go under this one above. And then inserting a coffee filter inbetween them.

Hai...may I know what is the different between this type of needle that have string which is easy to work with tq
I like this type because its not easy for my work not to slip off. Its great for large projects and knitting hats in the round
Wow you're innovative madam
