I'm a football (not american eggball, the actual football) fan.
Here's my opinion. Don't get mad about it :
Football players aren't "fast" like sprinters are. Their top speed cannot compete with the likes of Usain Bolt for example.
But they are extremely AGILE.
Yes even more agile than ANY other sports. Deal with it.

Na Hakimi is lightning my guy. he doesn’t look fast coz he glides so smoothly. It’s deceiving. you won't notice how quick he's movin until you see him fly past someone bit like Terry McLaurin in NFL. look at the ground he made up on defender in 12:41. he doesn't looks like he's even trying. Btw, This video is opinion based not an official list or anything and the clips doesn't do justice to some players. Lot of fast players are missing.

@@BaffourHD shame you couldn't see Adama Traore clips. He's the number 1 on the list and many people consider him to be the fastest although some would argue for Mbappe, Davies, Walker and Hakimi. Its harder to tell whos the fastest coz unlike USA, we don't have 40 yard dash combines in Europe so people have various opinions about whos the fastest.
FYI walker beat mbappe in a race just type mbappe vs walker and you'll see it as a RUclips short

Just think about if the guy has the ball he must do 2 things keep position of the ball and run and the other 1 just needs to run to keep up. And they measure speeds of the players every year. And i would put haaland and mbappe on the same level
