Yeah he's like that relative we've seen in an old-timey black and white photo at our grandma's house, but he's still alive!
At the end he is SO cautious with his bite of the apple until she takes it out of her mouth. Cute
This is what we mean by having the means to actually care for your pet. This turtle is living the life!
You can tell how happy he is, what a great life this tortoise has
The only pet you can never lose because even if he left and walked for a few hours he might make it to the street corner
LOL
Actually, tortoises and turtles can be surprisingly fast for their size. Not to mention some burrowing species of tortoises can dig pretty deep into the ground, deep enough to hide from a human!
So cute 🤣🤣🤣
120 years? You gotta put him in a will so your kids take care of him. Talk about a lifelong commitment
I'm geuss when she's older before she dies shell have to let someone take over his care
I’ve never seen a turtle with cucumber eyes.. and now I have. It kinda made my day.
I love their videos on YT. He is so loved and cared for, it's really a joy to see.
If he outlines her hopefully her children can take care of tip toe since they can live a century plus. awesome video Happy New Year!
I’m impressed that she still has tip toe because like she said people don’t understand what they’re getting into and usually get bored with turtles 🐢 especially big one. It makes me happy to see that not everyone abandons their turtle. I hope she keeps him safe. We had in-laws who had 3 turtles killed by raccoons.
Yes this is why I keep my turtles inside or have strong outside enclosures. Most people I know who have had open outside ponds or pools lost turtles and Koi fish to Raccoons or birds of prey
@@janiceellery1653 yeah, but tortoises like tiptoe are big enough to be kept outside
Tiptoe actually has a heated enclosure inside his enclosure. He goes inside the house for bad weather and he’s well taken care of. I follow them on Instagram. He’s spoiled by her mom too.

@@janiceellery1653 Turtles and tortoises are different animals
You've literally got a friend for life. Beautiful story.
After my little pet tortoise died of a rare unknown disease, it’s happy to see someone live a great and happy long life with their tortoise, these animals are just so amazing
Wonderful ! Tiptoe will out live everyone if he continues to be well cared for!
