I enjoy eating these prunes! They are healthy and good for the digestive system, organize bowel movement, and provide a sweet taste! thank you guys for all your hard work!
Those fruits on the trees are called PLUMS! Originating from Europe mainly Mediterranean climates such as Italy, Croatia and Greece. You don’t harvest prunes, you harvest plums! Prunes are just a by product of plums by drying them. You can make many things from those plums like plum butter, plum jam, plum juice! Only those typical smaller blue plums from Europe can be dried and be prunes!
I worked at one in district 10 too as a summer job when I was in high school, it was hard work but my buddies worked there and so did my brother so it was fun.
My job was to push the stacked trays from the stacker to the dryer. One time I spilled an entire stack and had to shovel all the plums off the track, to say the least it was a sweaty day back breaking day.

That is the way to go ORGANIC.
Prunes aren't just sweet, they have a nice tang. They're like a flavor between a peach and a cherry.
