I wish I could make the colors correct. The color is very different to my computer. I tried messing with the RGB settings in my display settings and none of it was right
It doesn’t need a USB-C connector. The USB-C is on the cable is to connect to the actual tablet. The connections you need for your computer is a regular sized USB and an HDMI port. You probably have that, but I had to buy an adapter because my MacBook Air ONLY has 2 USB-C ports! JUST MAKE SURE that if IF the tablet won’t connect to your computer try the other usb connector (as one plugs into the power box). Spent hours trying to make it connect before I found someone mention it.
Take great care of the USB port. Don't put any strain on it. I have this device and the screen barely lasted a year before it started falling and turning off if I have the cable even 1mm off the right position.
@@EmmyLouAlano By "strain" I also mean the weight of the cable itself. Don't leave like it is on the video. I had mine the same way. Buy a cheap selfie stick with feet or something else that is long and tall and use it to support the cable.
@@Edbrad It can be literally anything, it's just that a selfie stick is adjustable, tall, thin, is stable on the table and doesn't take up a lot of room on it. You can use rubber bands or something to keep the cable on it. Just make sure the USB port itself doesn't have to support the entire weight of the cable. Also, I no longer use this display. I bought a screenless one (Deco Pro Gen 2 XLW).

Hi! I just bought a Artist pro 16 gen 2, but my PC doesn't have a Type C port so i can't connect via c-c cable, can i use the 3in1 cable instead?

Thanks for the advice 😊

@@fluttzkrieg4392I’m having trouble imagining how you’re talking about using it with a selfie stick?

Is it still working in MacBook?
