Air Su (who was eliminated) said in her live feed tonight and on weibo that Xin Liu is “gentleness personified, truly an angel”: 1) The first time she heard Xin Liu speak up close was during Monster Sun’s birthday... they weren’t close then, but Xin Liu walked over to say ‘happy birthday’ to Monster Sun in her deep gentle voice. “Before you really get to know her, she is like a beautiful cloud high up in the sky, but when you come in contact with her, she is so warm and gentle, like cotton candy. 2) For a period of time, her favorite phrase was “Teacher Liu, save me!” And then Xin would really come to her rescue: give her food and meds when she was unwell, encourage her, etc.. 3) There was one occasion when she wanted to dye her hair, she used different dyes and botched the job up completely, and her hair ended up very messily coloured. Then after that they went to Jony J’s class, and he commented that the rap part divided between 2 people is unnecessary and recommended that Xin sing the whole rap herself. Xin immediately said, if that is the case, then Xiaowei Duan should sing the entire rap part instead of her and was willing to give her entire part away. In the end after much discussion they decided to split the part up anyways. 5) When Su found out to her horror that she got assigned to the song “Lion”, she felt very uneasy. But when she opened the door and saw that Xin was in the room, she immediately felt assured. With Xin there, things will never be that bad, because every time she feels as if she was falling of a precipice, XIN’s hands would somehow be there to pull her up just in time. (Xin stayed up till 3am in the morning just to teach her the song) 6) “I’ve never met anyone so good. Never.” “Xin’s kindness of character is beyond description, she is strong and gentle. Sometimes I feel very isolated. I like being by myself, I don't like being with others. I am unable to have a comfortable conversation with others. I am now a 15 years old, from Gui Zhou. I'm learning dance in Beijing right now. I'm best in popping. This is a dance that requires more strength, and I am also the only girl in the Big Dance Group. A lot of people think I'm a Tomboy, and this maybe because of my style, my hair, my clothes amd my appearance. But why am I like this? Because when I was young, guys like to pull girls hair. And I also think that having to comb my hair everyday is very troublesome. So I just cut It. Actually I am a person who cares for my appearance. And I like shopping too. And to collect rings, necklace, and specs and shoes. I like more vintage or hip-hop styles. Actually I think In my heart, I am still more girl like. My first encounter with dance was when I was 10 years old. I started going to dance classes. Too many girls do jazz, and I want to be different from others, so I choose to learn popping. Because I thought, this a dance style for guys, but why can't girls do it? I see myself in Xiaowei. 🤧😭 She cried not because she got in to Top 35 (she got eliminated, unfortunately) but because she was so happy for Xin. This speaks a lot about Xin Liu’s character. Her co-trainees are calling her “teacher” and are happy seeing the huge improvement in her rank which she deserves. She carried her “Miss You 3000” team members and became #1 during the 2nd public performance . Xin hasn’t reached the top yet, but she’s almost there. It will take a lot of effort to beat the most popular trainee, but these results showed that there was still hope in putting the best trainee at the top spot. A number of reasons: (1) Liu Yuxin made an incredible leap of 7 spots over the past 2 weeks. She went from 13 million votes to 19 million votes. That's a 6 million vote jump. It took A LOT of voting efforts and the results paid off! This means the people who became her fan during that timeframe are now definitively latching onto her as their number 1 pick. They know their voting efforts make a legitimate difference. (2) Next, many lower-ranked trainees who departed this show were mentored by Liu Yuxin. These trainees have now turned into producers. They will be voting for Liu Yuxin. For instance, former trainees such as Air Su have not held back on Weibo, describing Liu Yuxin as the "kindest" "most generous" and "most deserving" trainee. This is affirmed by Xiaowei. She makes people cry every time she talks for a reason. This girl has been through so much, everyone acknowledges that and that's why she's so kind and mature, even though she's only 23. Everyone can feel that she has a burden on her shoulders that is not easy to lift off. Others went up for the winning speech said thanks to the friends that helped them in the show, she talked about how proud she was towards her friends and how concerned she was towards a specific friend who seemed to be going through a very depressive period. She's a giver, she cares for everyone around her, but it seems like it's hard for people to take care of her because she's already good on her own. She never cried even once in the show for whatever reason, but there were countless times her eyes were teary because she's holding her emotion in. We have to protect her, even the strongest person has her vulnerbility and times she needs a shoulder to cry on, but it's hard for everyone to see that because they assume she is okay. She tried her hardest to compose herself. Very brave. My heart goes out to her. I want to hug her, and assure her that everything will be alright because i know she is the type of person who can easily sense other peoples concern but would hate to bother others for her own problem. You raise an excellent point. I do feel these things. But at the same time, I am a firm believer that "What you seek also seeks you." In other words what is meant to be theirs will come to them eventually. Although the results might be devastating to some, people are strong and resilient. They will adapt and overcome :) I will say that as a viewer who has been profoundly touched by Liu Yuxin's story, voting for her and following her journey has felt very special. When I watched her speech yesterday , I really couldn't fight my tears. I can feel that she was serious with every words she said, like there's so many stories behind it. And when she talked about Xiaowei Duan , it was very touching. Xiaowei was crying even before Xin talked because she was so happy that Xin is finally on the top 2, and during Xin's message to her she just broke down. One can see how much Xin means to her , by being with her throughout the hard times. Hope she'll stay happy as she was when she is with YWY's participants. Tbh, this ep elimination is gonna be one of the hardest elimination to be watched, so much friendship stories can be heard (such as Shaking & Mama, Snow & Esther , NINEONE & Frham) and tbh I was contented by how they were always there for each other through ups and down.

When Xiaowei thinks more of Yuxin’s rank finally deserving better for Yuxin’s talent, kindness, and effort than whether or not she can continue her journey here, when Yuxin gives encouraging words to her teammates (9 people from both A and B teams) in a “every second counts” speech to praise and appreciate them, I can’t deny that this is the most touching moment I had in this episode, or even all the episodes. MUST READ!! Air Su (who was eliminated) said in her live feed tonight and on weibo that Xin Liu is “gentleness personified, truly an angel”:
1) The first time she heard Xin Liu speak up close was during Monster Sun’s birthday... they weren’t close then, but Xin Liu walked over to say ‘happy birthday’ to Monster Sun in her deep gentle voice. “Before you really get to know her, she is like a beautiful cloud high up in the sky, but when you come in contact with her, she is so warm and gentle, like cotton candy.
2) For a period of time, her favorite phrase was “Teacher Liu, save me!” And then Xin would really come to her rescue: give her food and meds when she was unwell, encourage her, etc..
3) There was one occasion when she wanted to dye her hair, she used different dyes and botched the job up completely, and her hair ended up very messily coloured. She threw on a hat and ran to XIN’s room, gave Xin a deep bow and cried out, “Teacher Liu, save me.” Xin looked at her hair, and said in a gentle voice, “I actually think you look quite nice”, but still gave Su her leftover half bottle of blue hair dye anyways. 4) When practicing for “Miss you 3000”, Xin picked the full rap part. The mentors think Xin should have a singing part, and assigned the first two lines of the chorus to her also (thereby taking away from other people’s singing parts). Xin didn’t think that it was fair, and so gave part of her rap to Xiaowei Duan so that she would also get solo lines in the performance too. Then after that they went to Jony J’s class, and he commented that the rap part divided between 2 people is unnecessary and recommended that Xin sing the whole rap herself. Xin immediately said, if that is the case, then Xiaowei Duan should sing the entire rap part instead of her and was willing to give her entire part away. In the end after much discussion they decided to split the part up anyways.
5) When Su found out to her horror that she got assigned to the song “Lion”, she felt very uneasy. But when she opened the door and saw that Xin was in the room, she immediately felt assured. With Xin there, things will never be that bad, because every time she feels as if she was falling of a precipice, XIN’s hands would somehow be there to pull her up just in time. (Xin stayed up till 3am in the morning just to teach her the song)
6) “I’ve never met anyone so good. Never.” “Xin’s kindness of character is beyond description, she is strong and gentle. Getting to know her is itself a huge pleasure/gain for me during this journey.”

Sometimes I feel very isolated. I like being by myself, I don't like being with others. I am unable to have a comfortable conversation with others.
I am now a 15 years old, from Gui Zhou. I'm learning dance in Beijing right now. I'm best in popping. This is a dance that requires more strength, and I am also the only girl in the Big Dance Group. A lot of people think I'm a Tomboy, and this maybe because of my style, my hair, my clothes amd my appearance. But why am I like this? Because when I was young, guys like to pull girls hair. And I also think that having to comb my hair everyday is very troublesome. So I just cut It. Actually I am a person who cares for my appearance. And I like shopping too. And to collect rings, necklace, and specs and shoes. I like more vintage or hip-hop styles. Actually I think In my heart, I am still more girl like.
My first encounter with dance was when I was 10 years old. I started going to dance classes. Too many girls do jazz, and I want to be different from others, so I choose to learn popping. Because I thought, this a dance style for guys, but why can't girls do it?
But it is after all a dance for males, if you are a female, you don't have as much muscle mass as a guy, you will then have to sacrifice more than others in this craft. Popping's basic move is first the Fresno, your arm has to be lifted up straight, and your leg follow your arms, then you have to add the pop. Like this. Then everyday you will also have to do push-ups. So my arm now is very thick, and all of it is muscle. And now I don't know what to do about It.
And my mom is quite worried. Because of course a girl should be like a girl, and learn female dance styles. But I learn the male styles, so actually she is against it. But I stil persevered for 3 years and will continue to persevere.
I am more introverted. I think people should keep certain distance between them. If they become too close, maybe it's also not that good. Sometimes I will also play along with others, but not all the time. I don't think it's good, I never really had a best friend from since young. I don't like to become too close with others. I like being alone. I think it's better. It's not because I don't like becoming friends with others, but maybe it's because I like quiet and to be more quiet. I think they are all better and stronger than me and that I may be lagging behind and burdening them. Sometimes I'll reflect on myself, at places where no one can find me, I would sit there and be still. And I will think, did I say something wrong recently, and how I should speak to others, and I will think a lot-like, did I do something wrong this past few days? And gow I should change to be better. I will think all these things, when I'm alone.
I see myself in Xiaowei. 🤧😭 She cried not because she got in to Top 35 (she got eliminated, unfortunately) but because she was so happy for Xin.
This speaks a lot about Xin Liu’s character. Her co-trainees are calling her “teacher” and are happy seeing the huge improvement in her rank which she deserves.
She carried her “Miss You 3000” team members and became #1 during the 2nd public performance .
Xin hasn’t reached the top yet, but she’s almost there. It will take a lot of effort to beat the most popular trainee, but these results showed that there was still hope in putting the best trainee at the top spot. As much as I like Esther, I believe Xin deserves to be number one and be the center of this group. She NEEDs to be the center of the group.

A number of reasons: (1) Liu Yuxin made an incredible leap of 7 spots over the past 2 weeks. She went from 13 million votes to 19 million votes. That's a 6 million vote jump. It took A LOT of voting efforts and the results paid off! This means the people who became her fan during that timeframe are now definitively latching onto her as their number 1 pick. They know their voting efforts make a legitimate difference. (2) Next, many lower-ranked trainees who departed this show were mentored by Liu Yuxin. These trainees have now turned into producers. You raise an excellent point. I do feel these things. But at the same time, I am a firm believer that "What you seek also seeks you." In other words what is meant to be theirs will come to them eventually. Although the results might be devastating to some, people are strong and resilient. They will adapt and overcome :) I will say that as a viewer who has been profoundly touched by Liu Yuxin's story, voting for her and following her journey has felt very special. I love that I get to play a part in making the dream of someone as deserving as her come true. Someone wise also once told me we all take turns being "dreamcatchers" and "dreammakers." You need to vote through the chinese app. You can download it and create an account. There are plenty of tutorials online on how to vote. The vote for the english app does not count.
When I watched her speech yesterday , I really couldn't fight my tears. I can feel that she was serious with every words she said, like there's so many stories behind it. And when she talked about Xiaowei Duan , it was very touching. Xiaowei was crying even before Xin talked because she was so happy that Xin is finally on the top 2, and during Xin's message to her she just broke down. One can see how much Xin means to her , by being with her throughout the hard times. Hope she'll stay happy as she was when she is with YWY's participants.
Tbh, this ep elimination is gonna be one of the hardest elimination to be watched, so much friendship stories can be heard (such as Shaking & Mama, Snow & Esther , NINEONE & Frham) and tbh I was contented by how they were always there for each other through ups and down.

This is what we need to see in Youth with you, this valuable friendship is so touching, genuine, selfless, and encouraging. When Xiaowei thinks more of Yuxin’s rank finally deserving better for Yuxin’s talent, kindness, and effort than whether or not she can continue her journey here, when Yuxin gives encouraging words to her teammates (9 people from both A and B teams) in a “every second counts” speech to praise and appreciate them, I can’t deny that this is the most touching moment I had in this episode, or even all the episodes. Yuxin, you’re so kind to everyone, we hope you can be treated with kindness and be rewarded for what you deserve. And Xiaowei, and all the trainees who left, be strong, wish you all success and happiness.
