I love all of these you do on Gods providence. It really helps me. Very freeing and I feel so much closer to God when I remember to thank Him throughout the day. I recently had a huge disappointment and I couldnt be thankful for it. I sat in adoration and told Jesus and he took care of it. It took about a week in the lions den of sitting in adoration but he restored my thankfulness for it. Thank you Roy. Always comforting and a smile to hear you.

This is a powerful prayer which I just learned from his book Come Holy Spirit page 89: send me the Holy Spirit oh Lord who will make me know who I am and who thou art.
