Marcel was spitting nothing but FACTS this episode! He called them out for their hypocrisies and BS! I love the Mikaelsons just as much as everyone else but you have to admit they’re are the villains in mostly every vampire lives although this is their show!
Agreed, but it's hard to feel bad for Tristan, Aurora, and Lucien. Lucien and Aurora killed Cami, Lucien poached werewolves, Aurora dropped Rebekah in the ocean, and Tristan killed Jackson.
@@allis143 let’s not even include them 3 but we can damn sure include the sired vampires that Marcel brought in to judge! Klaus was a pretty sadistic vampire to do all of that to them people. They created all of their enemies and the show has always shown that . Like Kol said earlier in a few episodes before, he could have at least been nicer or killed most of them and left few survivors lol
@@rjturnr27 although I grew up with Buffy the Vampire Slayer, so when I hear about everything Klaus did, I still think "still not as bad as Angelus," but that's another discussion
Marcel is my favorite character, he’s the only vampire in this show that genuinely is good and also accepting, who understands the way things work with keeping his humanity whilst getting the ways of the vampire.
@@cloudyeyes5507nothing to do with smartness.. he saw the downfall of his family and thought by killing him he would protect them.. its not right ofc but i understand the decision and 9/10 people would’ve made the same choice
@@jms-1232I wouldn’t. I would only do it if it was explicitly clear that Marcel wasn’t getting talked down by Klaus. He didn’t even attempt to talk more than glaring him down
@@Step43099 talking didnt work, as we saw klaus try to take the serum aswell.. in their eyes marcel was ready to take the serum any second and was past talking down
Marcel gave them 24 hours, he sold his rage and pretended like he hadn’t already done something his suppressors wouldn’t like to see how they will react
Elijah is my favorite character I do not care. He did not make the right decision here but it is in his character to protect family above all else. He was scared for his and his family’s lives as the vision of the prophecy was coming true right before his eyes. So rather than disarm the enemy he went for the kill. Elijah has said himself “No one hurts my family and lives, NO ONE”
It's a spinoff created for a villain from another show, enough said so stop complaining, also Klaus in S1 & Klaus in the last season the character growth he goes through is unreal.
What are you talking about Elijah would not have killed him if he wasn’t sure if Marcel had taken the serum or not. Elijah killed him because he could see the serum in his hands and he was 100% sure that Marcel was the one from the prophecy. The one reason anyone calls this decision dumb is because of what happens next

Marcel is only consistent character in this show , I don't like him much in beginning but now he is my only favourite character
I hated Elijah from this moment. He's such an idiot. How could he not see that, Marcel, coming? Jesus...
Funny thing is that Elijah is considered the smartest of the Originals yet he did this lol

Elijah became very cold and cutthroat this season. He went way too far.
No Elijah is definitely scarier than Klaus lol

terrible act on Elijah's part! did we not see in his hasty action the consequences of what his mother did to him?
Similar to what Damon did with sage in a way
I love Josh so much, he's so funny at times 😂😂😂
Elijah was honestly dumb here this was so against the writing of his character to be that foolish and not weigh the consequences.
