Awesome stuff, thank you for this vid! Matthias Jabs, a very underrated and creative guitar player; one of the best in Rock/Metal.

Matthias is very underrated imo. It's a brilliant piece.
Has the most signature solos of all their lead guitarists imho and that's saying a lot considering how celebrated the other guys are, and rightly so!

I have always considered Matthias Jabs' lead guitar solo in "Rock You Like A Hurricane" to be one of the baddest guitar solos in all of rock history, second only to "Eruption" (Number One) by Eddie Van Halen. Not because it's super-complicated or highly technical, but because of its sheer sonic punch, energy, fluidity, motion, melody, relevant phrasing with respect to the structure and flow of the song that contains it, yet it bursts out on its own. It's got a 'nervous', choppy, George Lynch/Warren DeMartini-esque quality to it, but totally unique unto itself. It comes in hard, fast and quick and leaves just as quick, with maximum impact, like a hit-and-run blitzkreig lightning strike or a bee sting. Fast, effective, powerful and gone. Its overall 'sound' is intense and totally fits the song to the best it could ever be done. Jabs was genius with this one. Bravo! 😎👍🏻

Do you upload the tabs you make anywhere? 'Cause that would be a great help! All your covers are excellent but I find it quite hard to follow the onscreen tabs while they're playing. Keep it up anyways though :D

Je pensais deja que savoir faire les solo de fade to black de ta video etait deja bien, mais bon il a fallu que je tombe sur cette video pour me rappeler que ol y a encore beaucoup de boulot, merci pour tes video, les tablature sont plus que correcte pas comme sur ultimate ou 911, cest beaucoup mieu, ca donne envie de faire son possible meme avec plusieurs mois pour y arriver!

Have you listened to "Sails of Charon"?
Love all of them, but Uli stands above every one of them, he is the OG shredder.
And his solos sound like stories being told, Sails of charon, Cast away your chains and Still so many lives away are his top 3 in my opinion, very different from each other but still Uli, still melodic.

@William Rogers They are not at all sped up. He plays them up to speed. And no where is it written that its a lesson or a tutorial. Its a demonstration. And you cant label him as a cheater. He's one of the best soloists out there. Hardly anyone can replicate these solos that well.
