Because the third is the easiest- trust me. The first two are killer.

The third one is the most challenging. I have tried it myself. the part with the turns is the hardest because once you lose your balance your whole dance is screwed.

And it looks easy but in real life it is one of the hardest variations to do on pointe. not everyone can do it.
