@@Hey-jw3dm I would disagree. In England you have pig trotters, which are pigs feet. You also have ham hock, which is the same but with the foot cut off., not to mention lamb leg, beef shanks ect. I meant in my comment that unless you go to a butcher or a farm, you don't see animal carcasses or the cuts before they are broken down and packages up for selling.
