Rewilding Lettoch - Brash Stacking & Burning in Ash Wood

January 3rd 2023 marked our first marrying of Lettoch Cottages guests with hands on work on our rewilding project. Three guests staying over New Year joined us for a day of brash stacking and burning. The intention is to stack half for wildlife i.e. birds nests & insect habitat, and burn half to clear the woodland floor to allow room for regeneration growth.
