Smashing Pumpkins has always been my fav band, but this album is freaking brilliant - and it's eery how much it has the same vibes as Mellon Collie (in particular the more quiet songs on there)
@@roza5479 Hey you're welcome ... Daryll-Ann, and this album in particular, are brilliant - but hey come on, this album here has only 22 likes, how's that possible ... if they would have been British or American (or from Canada, Australia, New Zealand) they might have been famous - but when you're not "Anglo" it's always harder to break through internationally, well that's my theory. But yeah, Smashing Pumpkins have some brilliant songs, especially their more calm ones on the Mellon Collie album, do check them out when you have some spare time (there are also some hard punching rockers on that album, which you may or may not care for - Smashing Pumpkins have always had those two very different sides to them).
@@leob6 youre right... Also about the second part. Daryll Ann also has less interesting songs (sometimes entire albums) in between songs that i think are some of the best
This is a brilliant album - and I can understand why they toured/performed with The Smashing Pumpkins, many of their song have a very similar vibe as the more calm/quiet Pumpkins songs ... amazing stuff!
Oh my goodness! I didn't care much for the first 2 songs, but the rest is gorgeous!! The instrumental about 23-25 minutes in had me in tears. Very emotional in a very rare and good way!!
This is my favourite band

First 2 songs are also great, a bit louder than the rest maybe but same strong melodies and performance as the rest
