I wouldn't call it underrated, everyone that played it seems to enjoy it, its more overlooked more than anything, i love nfm with all my heart and damn going through all these songs recently really made me feel like a kid again and realizing how damn awesome these games are!
Well, this came from the third-last stage; Shadowrun, the piece from the second-last, is perhaps the most fitting for its placement. It captures both the "out of control" feeling in that stage and the feel of a climactic final battle, which it is.

Confusion in an illusion had the guidance arrow disabled. In 4D Vertigo, that arrow actively misleads you.
