Them: "Are you saying that we should sometimes sacrifice our own mental health for the good of others?!"
Us: Like Christ did for me? Yes.
❤❤❤
Palms 23
“Royal court of sickos” lol 😂
While mental health is important, it can be a form of idolotry when it stops you from doing good.
Poor mental health keeps you from doing good.
I see what you are saying. Mental health is important. Likewise, there are many things that are important, but we can become addicted to many things, like exercising. We can become distracted to the point where our spiritual cup isn't filled. Exercise is good, but it can distract us from what is best and that is Jesus Christ.
@Masha M I agree with all that. I'd add that there is no commandment given to the children of man that God doesn't provide a means to accomplish that thing. 1 Nephi 17:3
So, if we think our inability stops us from being able to obey commandments, it's Satan. Some people need a little assistance to obey commandments, but he doesn't make exceptions for shortcomings, He instead provides miracle.
Looks like Peter skips leg day.
Leg days are the worst :)
