As a South African this Eagle side impressed me. They never gave up. This is a team to look out for in the future. Lets face it , all we want is a never say die attitude. Rugby fans all over the world admire that.
Thank you for your kind words. :) One of American Football's all time greats, Herm Edwards, has a famous speech that goes a little something like this (capitalized for emphasis): "YOU PLAY TO WIN THE GAME. You don't play to just play it! That's the great thing about sports! [...] And I don't care IF YOU DON'T HAVE ANY WINS, YOU GO PLAY TO WIN." We may not have won, but we played TO win, for sure.
That ref had a few moments with the American players. He gave them all the help he could, but in the end, if you have a loose forward that can't bump a winger, you're always gonna have a tough time winning. Plus the Eagles were totally gassed by the 60 minute mark and green no17 was still throwing around players. Great game.
Ngwenia set-up Brian with the juke to go inside and then out which left Brian flat footed because he knew he could out pace him on the outside. Say whatever but I still think Zee is faster anyway imo.
I am so happy for the rule changes implemented by the IRB, it honestly makes the game more exciting and these changes can be seen in the current forn of teams entering the 2024 world cup. This match looks ver amateurish.
Sorry USA, but you americans know you were in big trouble when you faced the Springboks, but i have to say i look forward to see what sort of a rugby team the americans can put together in the next few years, and i really think america can if they work hard and try to focus their attention on smart rugby! up until then, sorry america, the boks are too powerful for most teams in the world! Gooooooo Boks and Harvard! HU for life!
This is a WC but the USA chooses to go for corner with first penalty in range WRONG you take every single point on offer boys. fuck what the crowds thinks. I'm playing to win no matter how.

Amazing how many Americans playing in UK. I love it. Best export we can give to our cuz. Want to see Americans enjoy our game.
46:30 for the Ngwenya try. :D
So proud of the Eagles coming from a Bok fan.
Be proud guys, you were better than the score line says!
Go Eagles!

Hey! I was at that game!
I'm South African, but Zee Ngwenya's try had me standing up and applauding, poor Habana was absolutely exposed
exposed? He was beat. 'Exposed' would indicate Habana is a fraud and not that fast.
@@ramsfan1st43yeah I know, hate it when people say expose like who are you to expose professionals, and they be sitting in bed on their phones
Louder louder loud loud
Want USA rugby to grow. Hope this game does not discourage them.
Too bad NFL Overshadow them and yes I too want to see them grow
SA my favorite they are the books
Half a million players in five years. Wonder what's the figures in 2018?
1:26:15 Staines RFC! 🏴
14:30 Just listening to that commentator XD He really tries hard to get it out but then just gives up.
lol
You commentators are really one sided. Ngwenia was at full pace, but Bryan Habana was standing still, no wonder he couldn't catch him

@@chrisbeach6043 he just wasn’t bro. His 100m time was worse than Habana’s
Lol. Who cares..we won the WC..Habana equaled Lomu's try scoring count..Where is this American now..never heard of him agian
@@chrisbeach6043 He will only be as good as Brian when he has scored 67 tries for his country
@@sakabula2357 what American? He's from Zimbabwe. 🤑

Where did they get these commentators? Not to mention the crowd..👀

Jeez, a bit hard on Schalkie....
This SA side looked to destroy physically whomsoever tried to make it tough against them. Little finesse compared to 2019 side.
