with the odd stuff, do a grab box. Mix a little of everything together in pre paid box and sell it that way say do a $25 box , put in around $45 worth of product. Do some fresh water , some salt water & some ice fishing.

It would be nice if you made a hanging display box of your favorites for your home. Pick out the most interesting, detailed and colorful samples for the display.
Incredible amount of fishing lures. Just amazing. If you were to list individually... I would say 30-40K worth. EASY!!
You could do a mystery box with the lures that don't know how to price. The bigger lures can for like 8 to 10 dollars.
Nice score slow income as well helps pay the bills and nice to see the unit tidy makes life easier

Brother ! You have no idea of what you have there.....most of those soft swim bait packs are worth $20 a pop today. I think the prices you are seeing on much of that stuff is old pricing. I think you got your hands on their physical, historic sample archive. They had a scout/buyer out there for years bringing back ideas to steal and improve upon. Most of that pricing was from years back...some of those single bags of 6 worms go for $15 on line per pack.....!!! Those large salt water swim baits are much more! You might have $100,000 retail there. You need to bring this to a private owned bait shop in a lot and sell it in a huge chunk. You would do them a favor and score fast for yourself...just those bags of 4” Shad swim baits were $100 a bag. P.S.>..........you are THE MAN! Very cool video!
I thought a lot of it looked like old stock and such. You can tell by the yellowing of the plastic. Not to mention some of the packaging looks really dated like from the 80s or 90s.
@@Nirrrina that's EXACTLY the reason he is not able to sell them as a lot in a store. you honestly think he didn't ask or tryied to sell them all together? he is playing nice with people in order to make a buck on expired products. if there would be an inspection from a goverment agency, all of them, or MOST of them would be confiscated to be destroyed.... i'm not even mentioning criminal charges on him....

i always look for biz closings - at that point they just throw away everything as its cheaper than storing it - the aluminum parts you found looked like mother molds - you could have actually taken all that wasted material - remelt and ran more lures. the sample packs are the gold mine - but you have to track down the accepted main stream product line.. someone else stated it but this is prime grab bag stuff.
ebay store would probably also be a good idea people could make their own packages of lure's. You'd make a killing :P
in one of your videos you did a scrapyard run then used the money to pay some debt on your credit card i hope this helps you become debt free. You're definitely one of my favorite scrappers on youtube, mainly because you just seem like a genuinely good guy and you kindness to animals is top notch! i wish the best for you SV

I absolutely LOVE fishing but run into a problem every time I catch one. I feel so terrible for taking it's life and even just taking the hook out to throw it back makes me want to cry. The 4s and the 7s might look a like, but i bet they are different size of the hook. The salt sample box are salt water fishing lures. My uncle does charter fishing.
The featherless lures in IJ-2 is called mormyshka, and is approx usd 6 for one in norway

It may be too late now but I think it would actually be good if you made lots of mixed items so people can buy an assortments in lots of 50 - 100 pieces instead of lots of almost 1 style. If people want greater quantities they will buy as many lots of that size to meet their needs... Just an idea if you come across a find like that again. Man! You hit the motherload on that. Put together a list with quantities, take a sample of each different lure/bait and contact some bait shops or fishing guides close to White River, I know fishing there is known worldwide, it's a bit far away from you but it might be worth a shot.
