If u don't invest and develop other cities ,all the burden of the nation will come to one or two cities.And pak need to understand a population of around 25 crore with the land they have is pretty huge and areas of Balochistan and KP have too many issues which won't being any investment there to develop those regions.Sindh only has karachi ultimately all the burden will be on it.
