আপনার বাবুর খাবার টা কেমন হবে সেটা সবচেয়ে জানবেন আপনি। তাই অন্য কারো রেসিপি দেখে বাবু কে খাবার টা দেয়ার আগে ভালো করে বুঝে শুনে এরপর দিবেন।
For every mother starting baby's solid food is excitement. but you shouldn't hurry until you baby is ready. so take time and give baby solid from proper time. every babies are different. some babies are starts solid from 4+month, some are from 6+ month. its depends on baby. It is safe to give baby solids from 4 months old. But, babies can only have very soft and smooth food from 4 months and usually don't eat much. Purees are not proper solid food.
Proper solid food should give baby when baby can lift head independently . Purees are not proper solid food.
