I believe there is an unintentional misinterpretation of Sec 184, Kindly hear me out.
Sec 184 says,
"As between the principal and third persons, any person may become an agent, but no person who is not of the age of majority and of sound mind can become an agent, so as to be responsible to his principal according to the provisions in that behalf herein contained."
It doesn't prohibit A Minor or Unsound Person to be an Agent,
What it prohibits is TO MAKE THEM RESPONSIBLE for ANY ACT DONE AS AGENT
Therefore, Any one can be an agent including Minor or Unsound Person but Only those agents who are of the 'Age of Majority' and of 'Sound mind' can be held responsible for any action done as that agent.
This provision protects Minor and Unsound person from being held liable since they are considered 'Incompetent to contract' and 'Being held Accountable'.
You can see Question no 58, in Preliminary exam of Chattisgarh Judiciary 2017. This Question has been asked there.

mam in 232 yiu explained that when the third party is not aware that whether person dealing with him is agent or not then the P can get the contract performance executed. But if impostor of agent acts on behalf of principal then how can principal can get the contract executed, EX: If pose as agent govt of India to a third party , which I am not then how the P ( govt ) can get the contract performance executed. Max impostor can be sued for fraud. Clarify

In termination of agency you told in By status if agent get insolvent he can be replace and Principal get the contract is terminated but in unsound if agent get unsounded he can also be replaced. Why both P/A in unsounded person and only P in insolvent.
Thats because insolvency is linked with bankruptcy, so if the principal get bankrupted then he won't be able to carry out his dealings as well as agent won't get paid.
Since its not the agent whose money is used while carrying out the business so insolvency has nothing to do with the agent.

N S.205 talks about the compensation of revocation by principal or renunciation by agent

Sec 224 Says,
"Where one person employs another to do an act which is criminal, the employer is not liable to the agent, either upon an express or an implied promise, to indemnify him against the consequences of that Act"
It is covering those cases where Principal has actively employed some Agent to 'Do a Criminal Act', and since such an Agreement is not enforceable by law that is why Principal is going to get the benefit of claiming NO-Liability for such criminal act even after the fact that it was him who employed and authorized the agent to do it.
However, this benefit will be only limited to liability in Civil matter and the Principal will Obviously be held Liable for Offence of Abetment under IPC and can be charged under the particular offence read with Sec 109/115/116 of the IPC, whatever applies in the facts of the case.

Yes any person can be an agent even a minor or unsound mind but will not be responsible to principal in same way as other agents who are major and sound

In sec 224 uh are teaching k employer if does criminal act without employer's consent then the employer wouldn't be liable.
But in actual, the sec says even if the employer employs an agent either on express or implied promise k vo use indemnify krega...bs use criminal act Krna h principal k liye....in that case employer wouldn't be liable.
Moreover content uh are teaching in many sections is flawful.
As The bare lang says something else.

How to learn cases of law of contracts ?
A person who is minor or unsound mind (not competent to contract) can also be an agent but he will not be liable for his act.
