There so many to choose and it depends what you use it for. Let's say for singing my top 2 are Manocaster E2 and Synido live 100. If you wants more for lots of voice changer then K1 is good. If you want lots of sound effects then go for ALABS FX Caster as you can record up to 32 sound effects
Great Review! What is the best way to connect this K1 unit to my existing mixer? I will mostly use this for the special effects such as applause, clap & others. Can I replace the song to another song like Happy Birthday song?
You can’t replace the existing ones but you can add and edit to the custom pads at the bottom left side of the console. It might not be a complete happy bday song but a part of it
Hi the K1 is fantastic.. however, I encounter 2 problems please advise ... 1) when I host a room I cannot hear my guest's voice, sound, or singing but the viewers in the room can. 2) The sound breaks or breaks when I connect the sound card to a speaker.. Thank you.
Issue #1 so far I have encounter it yet. Please check within the setting of the streaming platform you’re using. Issue #2 yes Sound will breaks when connecting or disconnecting the sound card while on live. Best if you connect them before you start streaming.
Hi Jenud, I noticed there is 2 slots for Mics. I also notice there is a slot for Dynamic Mic. Is the Dynamic Mic Slot the same as the 2 smaller mic slots? I have a mic for streaming with the bigger piece for the Dynamic Mic slot. Or would I have to get the smaller cord to actually plug in one of the two smaller mic slots.
The smaller mic input is the 3.5mm mic input for condenser mic however you can also connect you dynamic mic to the smaller mic input but you will need an adapter. If you connect 1 dynamic and 1 condenser mic with the same volume level-condenser mic is louder.
Yes big difference as K1 does not support mic which requires a 48V phantom power. Which means you can still use that kind of mic but you will have to use an external phantom power. Maono E2, has a built in 48V phantom power and have 2 separate volume control. The advantage in K1 is that, it has lots of vocal effects and preset sound effects good streaming.

First I would like to say thank you for making this review in English language. You did well and you are very very considerate. Okay now to my findings, I was recently gifted this K1 sound card and discovered that the general audio from it are not fantastic. This sound card cannot produce podcast quality audio, it's really below average for anyone seeking excellent audio quality. It's reasonable and manageable for live streaming on Facebook, but even phones not connected to a sound card have recently produced way better audio. I watched all your videos on this particular sound card and noticed the audio was only very excellent in a short part of just one video. Not sure if it was another microphone that produced that particular clear and sharp audio. For Karaoke at home and playful live streaming, it's an okay sound card but definitely not for serious professional projects. I tried it also with my Shure SM7B...oh it was awful 😢😢😢

Actually both of them are good. K1 as it has lots of sound effects to choose in 1 push. In Maonocaster you have to press a few times to select the sound effect you want to use. You can add customized sound effects on both sound card. On the other hand Maonocaster is more portable than K1 s it’s smaller and more lighter than K1. Effect tone is for vocal tone output. If you select 1-12, it supposed to give you different vocal output. In other words it’s vocals preset selection if you want to use them.

I am more into DJ'ing, so I am not very familiar with podcasting and live streaming, but I have been looking for a sound card for live streaming karaoke for quite some time now. I am on the fence on which sound card to purchase. This K1 sound card looks like it has all of the bells & whistles I need. Although I do have one video related question, so it may not be sound card related. While singing & streaming karaoke, is there a possible way also show the karaoke on-screen lyrics in real time on your live screen performance in (picture in picture) like they do in movie & video reactions? I think that would be a pretty amazing feature. By the way, you have an amazing singing voice. Take care and keep up the good work & great tutorial videos.

Not sure if would all V9 has the same audio, coz I still like the audio quality of the one I have which is comparable to the other sound cards I had mentioned earlier and not as expensive. Just take note v9 can’t record customized sound effects like Maonocaster, A2, or K1

None of the sound cards I have reviewed with an explosion Sound effects however some of them can record or create sound effects, let’s if you want to record from you tube sound effects. Sound cards that I have reviewed that can record customized sound effects are K1, A2, Maonocaster Lite, & Maonocaster E2.
Condenser mic is ideal as it’s has powerful audio output and it’s sensitive that it can pick up noises around you if it’s noisy. Using a dynamic mic is not as sensitive as Condenser.
You must be a good singer as well. I guess the unboxing and reviews are just the bonus. Thanks a lot btw, I just bought my new K1 and I learned a lot from this video. 2 thumbs Up, Ma'am. The best reviews. ❤️❤️❤️
I have a question: can we superimpose the customs that we have recorded and can we make them continuously? If so, how? Because what I would like to do is to record on each custom, beatbox sounds and then assemblies and make it like music together!

As I mentioned on the other video, i need to lower the music voice a lot so my viewers in tiktok find it a med level sound,i am using iPhone and iPad(for music) so if i use speakers it might solve the problem?
@@jenuds thanks. I have V8 card but I feel its just a toy. Ive only had it for a few mnths or so and the battery runs out and dies on It quickly. Honestly, I think these are just cheap toys but still good for a start. Do you know of anything od more serious quality that still can be used for recording vocals and guitar? Perhaps some mixing console? There r recording interfaces on the market like Scarlett but these r mainly used with computer software and not for live recordings. Mamy thanks for your advice
Focusrite is the best but you are right you need a computer. Do you know you can use a phone? I only know connecting it thru garage band but it’s a bit complicated at first. If you want a good built live sound card, Synido Live 100 and Maonocaster AM100 are both steel build (not sure if that’s the right term) which is not made of plastic.
I found Maonocaster AM200 as a good alternative as the others that you had mentioned are hard to get (as I'm in Europe) and the best online shop to but from here is Ali Express etc

Maonocaster I think has the best audio quality so far which is good. If you’re streaming is more on talking or some singing then needs sound effects K1 Live Sound Card has of them and you can record a customized sound effects like Maonocaster. If you are on a budget, V9 has a good audio quality as well but you cannot record a customized sound effects.
@@jenuds thanks for your opinion, just one doubt, Maono au 200 lite doesn't have features like treble and bass,. Is it still better than k1 live and v9 for singing?
You can do a bit of research as well but as per my research Hi is same function as treble and Lo is same function as Bass. And this is what is says on other live sound cards.

I haven’t connected a wireless headphone yet however I’ve connected a BT speaker. I think it’s the same. You will need a BT wireless transmitter to connect to the sound card. When I connected a BT speaker there is a delay so if you’re connectingna BT headphone- it could be the same too. Or perhaps it depends on the kind of BT wireless transmitter.
It will work but you need to connect an earphone or speaker to listen to it. If you connect an earphone with or without a built in mic to the Headset port of K1. Please note if you connect an earphone with built in mic to the headset port-the mic from that earphone works too so it will pick up your voice as well.
thanks to your video 4-5 months ago i bought my first sound card. it was a V8 and I used to do tiktok live battles with it. everything was as I wanted until I poured water on it. Then I bought a new sound card, which was supposed to be better. it applies to fifine sc3 audio mixer, but here I hit a rock. the mixer is great, but when I play live battle in tiktok and add background music, others can hear me, but I can't hear them. I only hear background music, my sound and the effects played by the mixer. The sound from the iPhone, from which I make a live stream, cannot be heard in the headphones. the V8 didn't have that problem. Now I'm watching your videos and I'm confused about what sound card to get to hear everything. I wanted something better than a V8, but I'm afraid to take the risk.

If your recorded audio sounds like not stable-meaning recorded audio sounds like up and down then it could be the adapter issue. I bought my adapters from apple store.

I can't find a K1 live sound card with mic bundle in my country even online, what kind of mic do you recommend that is compatible with K1 live sound card that I can use for singing? Does it need phantom power? Thanks!
I used a Bm 800 condenser mic. If you buy a BM condenser mic it does comes with an XLR to 3.5 mm cord and you don’t need a phantom power. If you’re going to connect the Bm 800 to a mixer, you have to turn on the phantom power from the mixer. Again Bm 80 mic with XLR to 3.5 mm cord plus the K1 sound card, you don’t need a phantom power.

Realy preciate your clear explaination n i just bought it yesterday, but i have no idea why on my K1 custom button record always got low quality cracking sound? very much different with your demo here. Ohya one more about silencer when i press it on vocal is gone but music also almost gone.. Even the same song that you played here.. What do you think? do i got defective one? but all other function is normal as you presented here..
Have you tried a few times and it’s still the same? Even if you lower the mic volume when you record using the mic, is the sound cracking? It could crack if it is too loud. The silencer, depends on how music is uploaded to you tube for example. Some songs with you turn on silencer, you could hardly hear the vocals while some songs you could hardly hear both. Test it out maybe a few days and if it still there same, do an exchange or return then but again.

Even the pc sound cracking simultaneously when i record with K1 custom key, probably compatibility issue or else (K1 connect to pc through usb).. I am lost with differents models sound card K1, SK300, A2 and Monocaster - It is for Karaoke (fun), which one do you think that will be well adapted ? thanks
Received mine today. This is very neat unit for having fun while streaming. I did run into some issue's. Main issue is the audio is backwards tried headset,monitor and speaker. L is R, R is L also front and back is off. Tried 2 different headsets yes they are on correctly. Next issue the introversion for making background audio only for user and not listener has no effect when connected bluetooth or accompaniment. Lastly when listening with monitor or headset everything sound extremely loud but in the live feed it's not. Sound effects will rupture your ears but stream will barley hear anything ? Yes record is all the way up.
The first issue I can't help as I am not particular with the L&R audio. As long as it gives me audio, I'm ok. The second issue, for Introversion. As far as I know you can only use it if you are connected to a computer and the background music is coming from the same computer you are doing your streaming. In other words if your background music is from a different device whether it's connected via BT or directly connected to K1 accompaniment port-Introversion is not gonna work. Now the 3rd issues, while your doing streaming the volume control for the preset sound effect is the SPECIFIC volume slider. If the RECORD volume slider is at the max and still your output audio on your streaming is still low, perhaps you mic and accompaniment is low.

I'm not really sure about that. I tried electric guitar and just strumming the bass string and audio output are cleaner than bass string from an acoustic guitar.

Sorry i can’t show you the set on that as I don’t have an xbox. If there is an AUX in on your console, you can connect it there.

Actually both of them are good. K1 as it has lots of sound effects to choose in 1 push. In Maonocaster you have to press a few times to select the sound effect you want to use. You can add customized sound effects on both sound card. On the other hand Maonocaster is more portable than K1 s it’s smaller and more lighter than K1. Have you watched already my review on Maonocaster lite? If not yet here it is so it will give you idea which one would you use coz it would depends on your needs

What is the auto tune for? When you pressed it, I didn’t hear any changes to your mic
Effect tone is for vocal tone output. If you select 1-12, it supposed to give you different vocal output. In other words it’s vocals preset selection if you want to use them.

I am more into DJ'ing, so I am not very familiar with podcasting and live streaming, but I have been looking for a sound card for live streaming karaoke for quite some time now. I am on the fence on which sound card to purchase. This K1 sound card looks like it has all of the bells & whistles I need. Although I do have one video related question, so it may not be sound card related. While singing & streaming karaoke, is there a possible way also show the karaoke on-screen lyrics in real time on your live screen performance in (picture in picture) like they do in movie & video reactions? I think that would be a pretty amazing feature. By the way, you have an amazing singing voice. Take care and keep up the good work & great tutorial videos.

None of the sound cards I have reviewed with an explosion Sound effects however some of them can record or create sound effects, let’s if you want to record from you tube sound effects. Sound cards that I have reviewed that can record customized sound effects are K1, A2, Maonocaster Lite, & Maonocaster E2.

Condenser mic is ideal as it’s has powerful audio output and it’s sensitive that it can pick up noises around you if it’s noisy. Using a dynamic mic is not as sensitive as Condenser.

Good morning madam the K1 sound card has a built in phantom power? And it is okay if i use the condenser microphone directly without phantom power...
Only for Electret Condenser microphones like BM 800 mic. You will need an external Phantom power for Shure SM7B or Rode NT1 A

Condenser mic that has xlr to 3.5mm cable. Usb mic might work if it has headphone jack or port. Does your has it?
Hey dear i am trying to figure out a problem, why are you using external speakers if you have a headset?
So I can show the function if an external speaker is connected.
As I mentioned on the other video, i need to lower the music voice a lot so my viewers in tiktok find it a med level sound,i am using iPhone and iPad(for music) so if i use speakers it might solve the problem?
@Rashid-hr6vc I personally don’t suggest using a speaker on Live Streaming as it could result double audio and delay.

You can record or add customized sound effects on K1 which you can’t do on M9. But if you just want to record song cover, M9 is good.
@@jenuds thanks. I have V8 card but I feel its just a toy. Ive only had it for a few mnths or so and the battery runs out and dies on It quickly. Honestly, I think these are just cheap toys but still good for a start. Do you know of anything od more serious quality that still can be used for recording vocals and guitar? Perhaps some mixing console? There r recording interfaces on the market like Scarlett but these r mainly used with computer software and not for live recordings. Mamy thanks for your advice
Focusrite is the best but you are right you need a computer. Do you know you can use a phone? I only know connecting it thru garage band but it’s a bit complicated at first. If you want a good built live sound card, Synido Live 100 and Maonocaster AM100 are both steel build (not sure if that’s the right term) which is not made of plastic.

Maonocaster I think has the best audio quality so far which is good. If you’re streaming is more on talking or some singing then needs sound effects K1 Live Sound Card has of them and you can record a customized sound effects like Maonocaster. If you are on a budget, V9 has a good audio quality as well but you cannot record a customized sound effects.
@@jenuds thanks for your opinion, just one doubt, Maono au 200 lite doesn't have features like treble and bass,. Is it still better than k1 live and v9 for singing?
You can do a bit of research as well but as per my research Hi is same function as treble and Lo is same function as Bass. And this is what is says on other live sound cards.
CAn you plug in 2 standard electric pianos keyboards to one of the K1 inputs, ?? I also have small mixer for one of my mics, Would it be ok to use this, plug in mic and then to mixer and to my own speaker..??
I have not yet tried connecting 2 keyboards on K1 but I think it’ll work but please watch out for the volume as it could sounds like explosion 😅

I haven’t connected a wireless headphone yet however I’ve connected a BT speaker. I think it’s the same. You will need a BT wireless transmitter to connect to the sound card. When I connected a BT speaker there is a delay so if you’re connectingna BT headphone- it could be the same too. Or perhaps it depends on the kind of BT wireless transmitter.

It will work but you need to connect an earphone or speaker to listen to it. If you connect an earphone with or without a built in mic to the Headset port of K1. Please note if you connect an earphone with built in mic to the headset port-the mic from that earphone works too so it will pick up your voice as well.
thanks to your video 4-5 months ago i bought my first sound card. it was a V8 and I used to do tiktok live battles with it. everything was as I wanted until I poured water on it. Then I bought a new sound card, which was supposed to be better. it applies to fifine sc3 audio mixer, but here I hit a rock. the mixer is great, but when I play live battle in tiktok and add background music, others can hear me, but I can't hear them. I only hear background music, my sound and the effects played by the mixer. The sound from the iPhone, from which I make a live stream, cannot be heard in the headphones. the V8 didn't have that problem. Now I'm watching your videos and I'm confused about what sound card to get to hear everything. I wanted something better than a V8, but I'm afraid to take the risk.

If your recorded audio sounds like not stable-meaning recorded audio sounds like up and down then it could be the adapter issue. I bought my adapters from apple store.

I can't find a K1 live sound card with mic bundle in my country even online, what kind of mic do you recommend that is compatible with K1 live sound card that I can use for singing? Does it need phantom power? Thanks!
I used a Bm 800 condenser mic. If you buy a BM condenser mic it does comes with an XLR to 3.5 mm cord and you don’t need a phantom power. If you’re going to connect the Bm 800 to a mixer, you have to turn on the phantom power from the mixer. Again Bm 80 mic with XLR to 3.5 mm cord plus the K1 sound card, you don’t need a phantom power.

Realy preciate your clear explaination n i just bought it yesterday, but i have no idea why on my K1 custom button record always got low quality cracking sound? very much different with your demo here. Ohya one more about silencer when i press it on vocal is gone but music also almost gone.. Even the same song that you played here.. What do you think? do i got defective one? but all other function is normal as you presented here..
Have you tried a few times and it’s still the same? Even if you lower the mic volume when you record using the mic, is the sound cracking? It could crack if it is too loud. The silencer, depends on how music is uploaded to you tube for example. Some songs with you turn on silencer, you could hardly hear the vocals while some songs you could hardly hear both. Test it out maybe a few days and if it still there same, do an exchange or return then but again.

Even the pc sound cracking simultaneously when i record with K1 custom key, probably compatibility issue or else (K1 connect to pc through usb).. All 3 of them are good. A2, Maonocaster E2 and AM100 has XLR port while K1 and SK300 don’t have it.

Received mine today. This is very neat unit for having fun while streaming.
I did run into some issue's. Main issue is the audio is backwards tried headset,monitor and speaker. L is R, R is L also front and back is off. Tried 2 different headsets yes they are on correctly.
Next issue the introversion for making background audio only for user and not listener has no effect when connected bluetooth or accompaniment.
Lastly when listening with monitor or headset everything sound extremely loud but in the live feed it's not. Sound effects will rupture your ears but stream will barley hear anything ? Yes record is all the way up.
The first issue I can't help as I am not particular with the L&R audio. As long as it gives me audio, I'm ok. The second issue, for Introversion. As far as I know you can only use it if you are connected to a computer and the background music is coming from the same computer you are doing your streaming. In other words if your background music is from a different device whether it's connected via BT or directly connected to K1 accompaniment port-Introversion is not gonna work.
Now the 3rd issues, while your doing streaming the volume control for the preset sound effect is the SPECIFIC volume slider. If the RECORD volume slider is at the max and still your output audio on your streaming is still low, perhaps you mic and accompaniment is low.

In my opinion I’ll go for K1 as it has more preset sound effects than Maonocaster. It is also capable in making custom sound effects like maono.

I'm not really sure about that. I tried electric guitar and just strumming the bass string and audio output are cleaner than bass string from an acoustic guitar.

No. One at a time only. If you use the button voice changer then turn the umlaut volume knob - voice won’t change if male-male, uncle-uncle, etc.
