As I was setting stuff up, however, I was quietly singing this song to myself. Lo and behold, a few minutes after setting up, it started to get really windy and rainy (although the sky hadn't looked too promising earlier, either; thankfully, though, it never thunderstormed). As I was running outside alone at one point to bring in the tablecloths and plastic lawnchairs, I wondered out loud, "Did I somehow accidentally summon a demon by singing about the 'god of thunder'??" Luckily, though, the rain didn't last long, and we were able to eat outside for the party. :)
Note, the time where the God of thunder (Zeus) demons weren't the devil. Actually it doesn't mean neither good or bad. In greek even today there are words like eudaimonia which mean in good spirit. Their role was to help the Gods, so.... Yeah, Zeus send his helper (demon to rain)
I just learned that this song was written by Paul Stanley I never realised that I also heard that paul was really pissed when their manager said that gene will be the one singing it. I also did some reading somewhere online I found rather odd, that Gene was arrested in August of 2020 and resides now at gitmo Has anyone heard anything similar?
