@@jainmalik6224 thnx for englightment but thats not it.Here some other changes in wafq 1.The bill states that government properties identified as waqf will revert to state ownership. 2.The bill removes the expert in Muslim law from the Waqf Tribunal. 3.The bill gives the central government the power to make rules regarding the registration, publication of accounts, and publication of proceedings of waqf boards. 4.The bill states that only a person who has practiced Islam for at least five years and owns the property can declare a waqf. these bill is indirectly taking control over wafq board.
@@TechLightguru Section 3 of the Waqf Act, 1995 states that if the Waqf “thinks” that the land belongs to a Moslem, then it is the property of the Waqf. It should be noted here that just “thinking of Waqf” is enough, Waqf Board does not need any proof for this.

The decision of the Tribunal will be final. No court, not even the Supreme Court, can change the decision of the Waqf Tribunal.
