Ever since I started tithing my financed changed. God is definitely true to his word!
I've yet to have the experience you said. But I believe his Word is true.
The tithing experiment works for me. I cdnt get a job. After i tithed i was always provided a job. Then my savings from previously untithed income was attacked. I quickly tithe the savings, and my savings was saved. Now not only i have an income, i have enough savings for the rest of my life.

Now i lieved in a country were i lost all my pride and accept even cleaning jobs. If its not this a similar case for you then try also to tell people from your church that you are looking for work. try also for agency's. In my country we have agency's were we pay money and they provide for us work. And anather thing is to get rid from your sin. If you are doing one thing of example that is a sin thats gonna have a consequence. It's true that God punishes us for our disobedience. I whent trough this believe me and it's not comfortable to be punished. You may say that God doesn't punish us but who as father does not punnish his children who are doing foolish things. And remember for the future God wants your best. I not saying this is your case but only for your knowlage. Last but not liest you said you don't have house either. Really should it be your gaol to buy a house and getting in mortgage. No dear lieve a quite life with the Lord. I know it's not confortable but it's worth it to live in a rented shared home. I remembered also that you are seperated. Dear i am not saying you should be single for life but did you seek the Lord if you should stay single to be for him only. I am going in similar tribulation but God tald me to not move from the house i am shering with some people and also have been separated from a fiance. the wound is still fresh. But i know he will cary me to the end. He called me to be single for him only. And i welcome that i am not single for anyone but for Jesus. And when you think about the Lords coming is soon why should you merry and be given to marrage like the pegans do in the last days and are not carring for christs sake. I got saved in a Church and the person that invited me to the Church building, got saved in that same Church. I think "that Church" is reaching people effectively. I've seen many people get saved in a "Church building." But like I said, people have a problem with faith when it involves their money.

By the way: circa 2012 & 2013 I was learning more about Christianity "even though I already am" using The Catholic Encyclopedia. In the TCE, 'supernatural' is everything and anything done for God/Jesus with G-d in mind, whereas all that people do without it being dedicated to G-d is natural. I know that usually Sid refers to the Supernatural meaning miracles aka 'by the flagrant use of spiritual powers', but I wanted to share this info with you all.
The true test of faith is with your money. And usually people have a problem giving away their money. I don't understand how people expect the electric, gas and water bills to be paid in the Church. Oh and don't let it be too cold in the winter or too hot in the summer...........

Exactly. And the OT tithe was more like 23.5%, not 10%. It was the Roman Catholic Church which reintroduced tithing in 567 AD. Remarkably, even the Catholic Encyclopaedia says that the payment of tithes was adopted from the Old Law - which is astonishing, when one considers that the Roman Catholic Church didn't want to have anything to do with the Jews. I guess where money and priests' personal gain was involved, they just thought they'd overlook it. The early church did just as you said.

I do wonder, because from 20th minute, it's really interesting to me. The jar system. I do wish i could do that, but could anybody? Our salaries at least in my country are really low and we barely manage with food. I do give my tithing 10%. But savings, offerings, investment, all that missing. Im working on turning the earth into an internal combustion engine using plastic and gun powder. This is how I will prove the world is mine.
Nice, what kind of food will be used in this process use something that is high in protein so it takes longer to break down and it is like quick sand and people cant swim to the top. I am working on new crop circles in south america and Im going to start a tourism company where we make crop circles in the shape of a dart board and push people out of the plane and depending on which number they land on is how much money I will give them. I also need someone to buy the food from the crops I will be growing. If you want to get in on it we can make the crop of choice tomatoes and grapes then we can push people out and use them as human food fermenters that way we can start with a small civilization.
I hate just about everything other than money jewelry and other people who are angry about things in life. I want to start a club where we get together and just talk about things that we hate in this world. We will eat foods that we don't hate and make up new ideas to make other people as angry as we are. Then we can start making some real process in life. The new thing I get mad about is sharing oxygen with people man. I guess I'm in trouble then. I have a mortgage. I suppose I could have paid it off by not giving charitably or tithing over the years, but I don't want to live without giving back. It would take years to pay off our mortgage. Even if we put every dime toward our our house, we could not pay it off for years. We do pay extra on it and don't have any other debt. Not sure what is enough to gain this supernatural favor.

According to a previous recording of thus show 20 cents is enough. It's not the amount, it's the willingness to rely on God for a financial solution regardless of how much you can pay.

Basically a good message but:Tithes were for the upkeep of the Temple. I.e. Old Covenant. Yeshua fulfilled the Old Covenant and the Temple was destroyed. Present tithing to pastors for their salaries and the upkeep of buildings is simply reinventing the Old Covenant and living by the Law and not by the Spirit. Giving is always important. If we went back to NT practices, meeting in homes and pastors got jobs instead of fleecing the sheep and lording it over them, churches wouldn't get into debt.

Listen to what Craig said in the last section of the video. Satan can make us focus on what we don't have, rather than on what we do have. Craig gave a testimony of a man who had very little left, but was advised to give a little in faith, and then God did the supernatural with it.
I (and, it seems, Craig) would suggest praying about it, then putting some money to give back to God, and trusting Him to see what He'll do with it. I'll pray for a supernatural encounter. May God bless you :)

If this is true then "America" needs to be sure to pay her debt to her debtors, her borrowing, is our borrowing, as a nation. (Since China owns about 40 percent of U.S.-backed mortgage bonds) So I wouldn't say this jubilee is jubilant for Americans, it may become a new Holiday for China. Not sure why Mr. Hill overlooked the bigger picture here. It doesn't matter how well you have managed your money when the country you live in defaults. Both rich and poor went down in the Titanic.

Its funny how most other successful wealthy people really don't attribute it to religion at all.
We are products of our environment and its easy to see what peoples "Callings" are and why they have them when you take a deep look into their environment and lives.
Lets face it, if you have good business sense and a positive attitude then you will be successful.
Lets also face the facts that the majority of people are brainwashed into this society and have NO concept of business or a financial education what so ever, might be easier on people if they were not so mis-informed by the people who are supposed to be looking after them, i.e telling them to invest and save in government bonds!
Lets also face the facts that people want the easy route and also procrastinate to their death and never actually take a step at all!
None of which have ANYTHING to do with GOD!
The biggest achievement in my life and in turn my success, my modest accumulated wealth now but most of all my contentment came with my responsibility!
Buddah took comfort in accepting the things that we can't control, we live, we die and the universe doesn't even notice.
Christians take comfort in not taking responsibility or trying to control things but feel comforted by thinking that they have no control at all and live in the favour of god.
I took comfort in realizing that EVERYTHING in my life was a product not of god but of me, my choices, I was where I was because I chose not to do anything else! I procrastinated and abolished responsibility of myself!
People that really don't do of any of these are the 8/10 people that they speak of.
They might proclaim a faith but don't believe in it enough to take comfort in not having control.

They don't have self-realization to realize we are all the same and can take control of things we couldn't dream
They are left powerless, feeling out of control and alone. This is not biblical. Its society.
My advice is :- The next time you say blame your partner, the next time you say you cant do ANYTHING, the next time you put something off till next week, ask yourself this honestly, " IS this the whole truth or is it because im scared" --- until you do this you will NEVER get lucky, you will NEVER have control and you will NEVER have something fall in your lap, because wealth is mostly transferred not created, your wealth is your time and product. If there is a problem, buy them and then give them back.... don't limit God to your understanding.
Because often people mismanage money and it causes problems in their lives. Sometimes they have lessons or trials they must go through. Loosing a home can benefit someone else. It's not a sin if you increase, as long as you are not cheating someone.
"Secrets"... that buzzword should be enough to send a discerning Christian running in the opposite direction. You want financial wisdom from God? Try Proverbs IN CONTEXT. "Ancient Biblical mysteries" is a phrase for Gnostics, not Christians. God has said all he needed to say in His sufficient Word. There is no such thing as a "Biblical secret".
Having once bought into that stuff (not actually bought the stuff), I'd have to say it's because we all secretly want power. We want to be more than what we are and when we're not, we'll do what it takes to make that happen. Maybe that urge even fits in with the passage that starts "Creation waits in eager expectation...." If Sid's stuff means somehow getting closer to divinity, desperate people will snap it up.

I agree with those statements but would even go as far as saying that they don't even look at Scripture in the first place or refuse to look at it if someone points out false doctrines. Sid Roth and Co. become an easy replacement because it's a lot more emotionally appealing instead of the truth.
