I really appreciate how you show several different ways to complete some of the CPs. When I first tried this track over a year ago, I used this tutorial to get to CP 6. I'm a little rusty, but I hope to finish the job soon!
This guide was a great help to cut down the ins and outs of the track, especially the crux at cp4. Thanks for putting it together! The initial jump on that obstacle is super hard to get down consistently. Literally the first time I got past that obstacle, I finished the track 5 minutes later lol. Black Belt next, but given the completion list on BB is a who's who of trials riders, I have a feeling that one might be a little out of my skill bracket for a while.
You're welcome. Well done on the pass! I personally found CP4 to be the hardest. Black Belt is a huge step up from blue. I'd recommend trying Curse of the Demon first, if you have the crash n sunburn DLC.
@@Refined_Notion That's a great suggestion, thanks! I was thinking I'd need to spend some time knocking out TC lvl 4s to smooth the curve for BB. That dlc ninja will go into that list. Not sure if you know the answer to this, but is that trials ninja website still around to document different Track Central grades? TC is kinda a mess in rising, I'm finding it hard to find stuff easily.
Thanks again for an awesome detailed tutorial :) I was kind of giving up on the ninjas after getting green belt which took me 6 months, but I have hope for blue belt again
@EndOfAssembly 1 second ago I have 1 fault on this track and every checkpoint seems like I could sink a couple of faults into it. I feel very far away from 0 faulting unless I get extremely lucky multiple times in a row
omgggg cp4!! I'm hitting it exactly as the video shows but I can only make it past the barrel once every 200 or so faults :') great tutorial though, it made the backflip cp feel easy :)
I just passed green tonight! Looking at the next challenge. Looks pretty tough. I’ll be working on this one for a while. Thanks for the help. Good tutorial.
Refined Notion thanks for the encouragement. Green took me quite a bit of time. Too many fails to even attempt to count, many thrown controllers and a few close calls. If I were to guess on how many fails it would be over 10k. I’ll let you know how it works out when I get the chance to sit down and try it if you’re interested. It definitely took a lot of dedication and perseverance. Though I didn’t play any trials series before this one and I platinumed white, yellow, orange, and rise of the dragon before I passed green. In hours I would say a scattered 40hrs+ some (probably way underestimating.) lmao
Refined Notion dude I’ve got diamond for white, orange, yellow, platinum for rise of the dragon and green belt and I STILL haven’t passed blue belt yet. How do you do it. I finally got to cp 4 tonight.
@@Refined_Notion I'm on Orange and I usually don't download Ninja's. I think i'm at the level if I practice the moves to pass Ninja's (endo's, hop on back wheel..etc) I can get there. But man I still don't see how you guys do it! :)
Cp4 been breaking my legs for 2 weeks already. I get to cp 4 nowadays within like 5-20 crashes but then take like 300 tries on cp4. The barrels close to cp5 are pure horror to me.
Damn not gonna lie I just finished it finally. Your tip on CP6 with squishing myself to it was gold. Also CP7 your setup was realy conistent, thanks mate@@Refined_Notion
Great Tutorial, in th e practise track I've managed to do every checkpoint individually.. except cp4. I've managed to clear the barrel about 25 times, it's A. getting enough height distance to not immediately explode the next barrel with your fender, and B (worse) is actually managing to covert it into going up the lip, seems like I need to break or something? Just right+gas just isn't working. It's really hard to practise when it takes me 5 minutes each time to clear the barrel and get a shot at it.
yeah cp4 is rough. for the 2nd part, the way you approach it depends on how well you go into the fender. if you get a lot of speed, i find it's better to fast climb up and hop straight off the little beam. But if you get less speed, it's better to slow climb up. It's really just getting a feel for it.
@@Refined_Notion I beat it today! Cp4 when I watched your replay in slow motion, I was pressing left when hitting the plank too late, I needed to be a fraction before (like you can see in your video with your controls). Thanks, probably couldn't have done it without this tutorial!
@@k4wbt843 just had a look. I saw some stuff regarding new bikes and the new Gigatrack. But no new games. I don't think there will be another Trials game tbh. At least not for a while anyway
Yeah I got ahead of myself it was just ubisoft were showing trailers of new games but they chucked in the gigatrack images . Why do you think there won't be a new game? I'm guessing decline in players compared to hd, evolution and fusion
Refined Notion cp3 reached. Now gotta get to 4. I’ll keep you updated. It didn’t seem to take too long to get cp2. Not like cp1 for green belt. That one took a loooooonngg time.
Any advice for CP2? I have been in the same boat you are with well over 1500 faults and only making it past once. I cannot for the life of me get any consistency with the long hop down the angled ramp. After that, the final bounce isn't hard. I can do it on the practice track without any issue. This is so frustrating because everyone says Blue Belt is easier than Green. But I can consistently pass Green Belt and can't even get past CP2 on Blue Belt.
Alex Douglas yeah, I have gotten better at cp2. His technique didn’t work too well for me. So, I have to do is when going down the second part trying to make the bounce I tap the brake while standing halfway between center and leaned back until I am just lined up against the wall. Then when I decide to go for it I end up tapping gas fast to get the balance right then gunning it while lifting back to get the right bunny hop to the platform and back wheel bounce to the second platform. I am not nearly as consistent as I would like to be, but I can get to cp4 every time. I just still can’t get past it. The hardest part of cp2 for me is backing up and leaning correctly for the bunny hop. I take it super slow and just keep tapping brake to line up against the wall till I feel like I’ll have the correct balance for my acceleration/bunny hop. Two other things you might try. Try a different sized tv and see if that helps. When on 52” I suck so bad. But when I use my 32” I am a lot better. It’s very noticeable. The other thing try using studded or treaded tires. I still believe there is a difference in how they respond to slick, but no one else thinks so. I am top 1% on white belt, yellow, top 2% on orange and rise of the dragon, and top 5% for green. So, maybe there is credibility there. Please let me know if any of that helps especially the tires.
Alex Douglas in his video you can see he straightens up when going backwards to line up for the jump. I don’t do that. I do more closely to a sitting position than that. More like halfway between full lean back and reset stance. Then a good back wheel bounce off the first platform not putting too much jump into it. Otherwise you will fly over the second platform.
Finally passed this track, much credit this tutorial, very well done !!
CP 2 and 4 are the only reasons I keep timing out on the last CP it's so frustrating lol

For sure! If you're getting to cp6, you've basically got it in the bag already 👍
Thank you for this!!... i was stuck on cp2 for the longest time, you got me to cp 4 in a couple of days =D eventually i'm going to beat this track.
Glad to hear it! Cp4 is the hardest so if you can get that down you're golden

Not that much more difficult. It's way shorter, although cp4 gives a lot of players trouble. Once you get that down, you should be fine
