- Why Modern Warfare Zombies Should Become Free To Play. In today's video I wanted to talk about why call of duty modern warfare zombies should become free to play in season 4. After the most recent free trial weekend it became clear that one way that would fix many of the current issues with the mode would be to make it free to play. With many new players populating the map it made it more fun for those experienced to help them out alongside a much more balanced map with players in each zone through the match. Although its likely never going to happen it would easily improve the game without any other changes making it a better experience leading up to BO6. No. Free players like in warzone have no respect. Plus smaller lobbies and most importantly another map option like vondel in or building 21 in DMZ.
IF you go back to outbreak the fun thing was warping to a new map. Zombies is lacking. It's gotten boring I agree. If more contracts different contracts like in DMZ. I.e. maybe a recuse evacuate or something. Was available that would change the show. But like Cold war and other games I've mastered it done the Easter eggs. And it's boring.
Activision already regretted making DMZ free, don't think we will get anything free from Activision ever.

Totally agree with you on the FTP weekend. My buddy and I were able to go complete all 3 triangle rituals almost every time we dropped in over the weekend and by Monday tier 3 was packed again with everyone back racing to contracts. We need more noobs to balance the game.
There are more people in t3 now because streamers keep making videos on the incendiary rounds, people that never even been to t3 before
Yes, thats why these rounds make T3 easier and full of players. This reminds me of flame thrower time; it was full of players as well.
Another reason t3 is full because in 6 months there is nothing new to do except be in t3. Updates we got are finished within a week.

Soooo make it free so your lobbies are full of noobs just so you can get tier 3 contracts?? 😂 If you like to mess around solo sure I guess. New players on a free trial just tells me not many are playing it anymore. If they don't add waaay more content and at least a reason to use the schematics I want my money back. There's just no challenge besides the unstable servers. Waiting 2 to 3 days just to use it for an hour grinding t3 contracts for trash rewards and dark aether to get 2 or 3 items back is just boringly repetitive. Cold War has soo much more, for one you can endlessly keep progressing to higher tiers with increased difficulty. Even DMZ had more than this and the servers were better, really don't understand what happened with MWZ and I feel like it was a slap to the face.
Imagine if tier 3 started spreading from the minute we dropped in, so by 45 minutes the whole map was tier 3 with that contracts wouldn't be as competitive
Would make the worm and other late game activities extremely difficult since by that time every zone would be tier 3 or tier 4 because of the gas buff
Saw an idea of swapping the zones. Everyone starts in the middle tier 1 and the outside is T3.
Why do noobs take off running at the start of the match and act afraid of you when you drop them stuff they don't want to pick it up? Don't know where they goin or what they doin but they runnin😂 They make it hard to help them sometimes. Probably best to not help them because the fun is gaining things anyway, once you have everything it's meh. My lobbies on average are 6 in t3 , 6 mp guys leveling up and grinding camos at exfils, a few in t2, and the rest holding hands in t1. I never have a problem getting contracts but do I really wanna do them over and over for items worse than what I crafted and money I'll lose when I exfil ? Not really, game is a fat L
In my lobbies players always talk in chat if other players want to defeat the red worm or go to the season 1, 2 or 3 dark aether rifts, but I agree with what you said regarding if MWZ should be free.
No just have smaller lobbies like Cold war did
I wouldn’t mind MWZ a free to play game , I never play PvP so the cost of the game is not worth it for Zombies alone , also the state of MWZ would benefit from smaller lobbies.

The difference is also that people are not willing to pick you up. So you just lay there asking for help with no one coming to help you
I wouldn't mind free to play, dmz had significantly more content and was F2P.
But I think you didn't touch on the #1 issue of why T3 is overcrowded which is the new cool down system. As it's tied to essence extracted T3 farming makes the most sense. In 45 minutes you can easily make 100k. As a solo I often join teams for dark ather runs and they always insist on waiting until the last possible second to enter as they can farm essence. The new unstable rift should help to alleviate this but I don't know how replay able it will be honestly might just kill off the mode to be completely honest but will reserve judgment on that. What are you thoughts on a different system of addressing cool downs?
Make MWZ F2P so I can freeload off it instead of loaning the game at my library please, lol.
I bought mw3 only to play zombies and frankly I was really proud an incredible experience but after two months things are not changing new content and a lot of problems and what's worse is that the developers abandoned zombie they said that we are working on a new COD which will be better and personally I am not going to buy it I am talking about BO6
I had fun this weekend either having T3 to myself or helping other players. I agree, make it free.
Based on the content we’ve received from mwz I believe it should have been free from the start. As a big DMZ fan we got far more content from it and it was free. I would pay for another DMZ but not for a Zombies game
Honestly, I don't think making it free will increase player count or the experience that much. I paid for it, played it for a couple weeks and got bored out of my mind. Bring back DMZ.

Ya it’s been out a while but they should pay like everyone else.. it would piss me off getting beat out of pap3 and legendary triangle by someone who didn’t even pay for the game
It needs to go free after BO6 or it will die. Needs ayers to not end up like DMZ. Its an amazing game.

Never met so much toxicity (except DMZ and Rebirth I) than during this free period.
Simply need a new big map with t2/t3 area.
This way, a geared up player can load into that map and will not occupy t3 for 45 minutes - cause without teaming up, it's hard to grab a contract ( possible but not as much as with a 5-6 man team).
Just make the DmZ map available for zombies (already exists) easy 4 coders.....
