Hey, thatnks forsharing the video. Saw some patches on Amboli ghat road in your video. Was the ghat road narrow and patchy? How long is the drive on abmoli ghat road?
No, it's not that narrow. You can easily drive. Yes some patches are there but you can skip them easily. The ghat will take around 2 hours.
Right now we r travelling to Goa via this route that u have shown. Just wanna know how was return trip through the way ur telling here? Let me know pleaee
I took Karwar - Yellapur - hubli - Vijayapura - solapur. Patches till Yellapur. There was some construction. You better take the same route you came.
Is it good & safe to travel in Amboli ghat at night time alone on bike ?
@@ytjhjfghfsghfhfsgh Night driving in ghat roads in general should be last preference for obvious reasons. Driving in the forest area is discouraged mostly because of wildlife threat and this area is nothing short of a forest with langoors squatting on the road in the day and what not in the night. Do your research about wildlife in Amboli and make call otherwise road is just ok to drive in the night. I personally let the nature reclaim the night foe wildlife from humans in such beautiful places and avoid crushing the poor things under the tires.

One day. If you want to stay in between, the option should be sangli or before
I want ro go in jan 2025with kid,hope the route u suggested is best, any suggestion for alternate route? Also which part of goa will be nearest if I take this route... Pls suggest it will be grt help
I just came back from Goa today using this route. Had a small child with us. We stayed overnight in Sangli. From Sangli take the route towards chikodi, not the one via nipani as there are lot of potholes. Both route merges ahead to amboli ghat
We went to Goa last week with a small kid. We tried the below route and found useful. Goal is to only use national highways as much as possible. Avoid other roads especially because you have kids and want lower distractions on the road.
Hyderabad -> (NH 65) Solapur -> (NH 166) Kolhapur -> (NH 48) Nippani-> (link road) -> (NH 548H) Insuli -> (NH 66) Goa.
This may be around 80 km longer than Google suggested route along this way but very much reliable.
On which date you went, how is the weather at goa.
We went on Oct 18th and whether isn't that hot or that cloudy but there was some rain in the morning.
We are planning in jan 6th 2025...still this is best route?
Yes, it's been only one month we have been through this route. I say Yes. Except in between for 200mtrs in a village.

Amboli ghat is horrible . Right now in Goa and still finding a best way back 😕
Bro, if you think amboli is bad, don't try another. From all three this is better. However, I took arabail ghat in return..via karwar - Yellapur - hubli - vijayapua - solapur - Hyderabad.

I don't remember exactly now but something around 700.
You wasted so much time and energy by going in those pathhole roads of Maharashtra. You should have come directly from hyd to sangareddy - Bidar - Vijaypur- Belgaum- Goa. Best route with great roads of Karnataka.
Haha I have done that last year and infact I did that return as well this year. I didn't waste time and energy for sure. Just exploring😊
