Everything you said is bullshit. They love Selena, I also love Selena, but I'm pretty sure that they went for Ariana instead. And do you think that they first went to Ariana why? Because she's popular and could get the girls a #1. That's how collaborations work. They didn't accept the collaboration with Dua Lipa out of nowhere. They didn't accept the collaboration with Lady Gaga out of nowhere. Very few artist joins collaborations just because they like the artist. I don't get why you should be mad at this. Everyday someone tries to drag Selena for something stupid. "Oh because she always refers at them as 'the girls'", this is ridiculous. You don't live with her, you can't just watch a 30 minute interview and assume everything. As you said, the girls are really nice and so is Selena. She is not this monster that you're picturing. Also, not everyone is obligated to know kpop groups when they debut. As many americans she discovered blackpink when they started to do promotion in the US. And that IS FINE. They were promoting their songs in the US for THIS SPECIFIC REASON. They wanted people to attend their coachella concert. And again, that IS FINE. I honestly believe that they can be such good long term friends, and I wouldn't be suprised if they had another song together. Because they like eachother, they support eachother. And if you can't stand the idea of Blackpink trying to reach #1 (because they are trying and who knows for how long) then you're rooting for the group's failure.
