@Anarchist369. She also failed Kiran Negi's parents. She and justice shripathi bhat acquitted the Kiran's three murderers ten years after they were sentenced to death by the high court. They released the three convicted rapists in the Indian society, one of which killed a rickshaw driver and now is in jail, while the other two are still hunting for their next prey. She is an absolute disgrace to the supreme court of india
She was 'Law Secretary' during Modi's time as Gujarat CM. Later, she was inducted into Supreme Court as a judge.

It's the same kind of hypocrisy which saw cases relating to key opposition leaders' bail pleas suspiciously transferred to her bench - surprise surprise, they were all later rejected. Justice Trivedi was the Vishwaguru's Law Officer in Gujarat.
