I love the work you both do. I crave chills and goosebumps, and it's so hard to find a movie or short that will deliver them. Every short you've made has delivered. It's unbelievable. I NEED a feature length film from you guys, scratch that, MANY feature length films. The audio is amazing, the shots are all necessary and framed to add to the atmosphere, Lotta's acting is better than 99% of the acting I've ever seen, and did I mention the audio is amazing?

LOVE the sounds of the squeaky wooden floors and box, and the little nuances you added like when she dropped the ball bearing into the box. This one would be a great video for the ASMR community to watch because they really love those sorts of sounds.
I hear what you're saying. A lot of horror films and games have pretty atmospheric, quiet pieces in their soundtracks. They contrast with the terrifying parts and make the overall work more effective.
There should be a comedy follow-up where Lotta is being haunted by another entity and it doesn't scare her any more. "Yeah, I get it. You're a ghost, good for you. Fuck off and let me sleep, yeah?"

DSLR? How do you get that sound in your movies ? Do you use a sound library?
+Lz luna It's the Blackmagic Cinema Camera with mostly either a Sigma 18-35 or a Tokina 11-16. There's a lot of behind the scenes videos if you check out this channel. One video is all about the sound.

Sooo, not sure if you'll ever see this comment, but there's a movie that just came out on Netflix (but apparently released in 2019) that totally copies this whole concept in one of their scenes. It's called 'Dark Light' and the scene in question takes place at about 48 minutes in. I *immediately* thought of this short film. There's an open chest with an endless bottom, the character drops an object down there, then she leans in and is grabbed by a monster. I don't get spooked by much, especially short films because I've been eating, breathing, and sleeping horror films since I was a younging but this actually made me jump and the demon is like, so simple but so perfect. Thank you for this.
