Yes we are small contury but Siam troop got the medal of war from french (Croix de Guerre. Awarded forindividuals who distinguish themselves by acts of heroism involving combat with enemy forces ) go to read it. We served in fronline too and dont dare to said anytnink that bully and not respect for my descendant. England offer siam troops to only tranfer the convoy in other zone. They also didnt care china when chinese declare war with german .
They thought like you that siam was no bravemen. But frenchmen need siam in the fronline to replace the pilot and drive the truck to transport in the war zone. This is the respect that france give to siam before we dicide to send men to the war. Dont dare to bully siam !

Meinertzhagen is well known in Kenya for killing the leader of the Nandi Community during a parle after luring him for peace talks. He later lied claiming it was self-defense. He was also part of a group of colonial officers who indiscriminately murdered Africans during punitive expeditions to capture/steal livestock from the natives.

um the atomic bomb wasnt just accepted unrestricted killing of civilians. it was to get japan to surrender. had Britain and US invaded many more troops and civilians wouldve died. it wasnt comparable to just dropping bombs on civilian residential targets or passenger ships.

Recruiters in the North of Ireland urged the mostly Protestant population to fight for King and Country and in the South of Ireland urged the majority Catholic population to fight to save Gallant Catholic Belgium.
    It worked pretty well.

Quite. Corps is pronounced "core" and the plural of aircraft is aircraft, like sheep is the plural of sheep. The commentary speaks as if all aircrew were pilots. A large number of aircrew were observers, not pilots.
