I tried the peanut butter and onion sandwich from Little Monsters.

There is a scene in Little Monsters (1989) where the lead character Brian, played by Fred Savage, makes himself a peanut butter and onion sandwich while sneaking out of bed late at night to watch an adult talk show. Time for me to see why he enjoyed them so much.
