Introducing Spectrum Noir AquaTints

The Spectrum Noir AquaTints collection are intense, concentrated liquid water paints which can be mixed to create bespoke colors, will blend seamlessly and will add an injection of vibrancy to your crafting projects! They can be used for backgrounds, stencils, stamping, resist work and so much more! There are six sets available, with each set containing six individual, color-themed bottles.
