Straight up, other huge festivals that are booking DJ’s that are basically trash. Man’s over here playing to a few heads and plays the best most flowing set I’ve heard in a very long time. Been on repeat. What a talent

I mean, I somewhat get where you’re coming from but I wouldn’t call this pop by any stretch. Somewhere around 2014 or so everyone was trying to sound like pendulum. Loads of guest singers, etc. Whatever lingering influences of jungle were still there were stripped for the 2-beat dancefloor and jump up, and that became the mainstream dnb we know today. However make no mistake, there are still loads of producers still doing the harder side of the genre and others even hearkening back to jungle. For example Imanu and King of the Rollers; both are taking the genre forward while respecting the origins. Just doesn’t make sense to be one-dimensional yeah?
