    I like adding dried apple slices & cinnamon (apple pie), maple syrup with pecans (pecan pie), or even raisins & cinnamon (oatmeal cookie).

    You posted this exactly at the right time!! I just started school and I was actually looking for alternatives to my classic toast that would be quick in the morning, so thank you so much!!

    I love making the chia seed pudding with coconut milk, an over-ripe, mashed banana, cinnamon and nutmeg, or sprinkle in Trader Joe's chi tea mix and then fridge it.

    Those look super fun! One thing though, you don't get nearly as much nutrients from whole flax seeds as you would if they were crushed/ground up first. Mortar and pestle usually do the job!

    Thank you SO much! For I used to be so diligent with breakfast, but now I'm tired and would rather get more sleep and just skip breakfast or make not so good choices for breakfast. I will be making these asap. =)

    I love making my oatmeal with cocoa powder and peanut butter. It's delicious !
    I might try the chia pudding, I recently bought chia seeds and I had no idea what to do with them but this might be worth a try :)

    Yum! I used to make an overnight oat breakfast with nut butter. I will have to give the chia pudding a try. I'm just a little grossed out at the gel they make! :)

    Using flax seed meal is better for you! I add that to my oatmeal every time. I love to blend a banana with a little bit of almond milk for the chia pudding and I find that a sweetener isn't needed:) from there I just top it off with whatever fruit I'm feeling that day :)

  • @1024specialkay

    mmm, such an interesting combo! Usually I just make an overnight oats with almond milk and add banana and almond butter as toppings.

    All of these look so yummy and flavoury (and healthy too) but all of those ingredients seem a bit too expensive for a jobless college student :(. Will definitely try them when I go back home.

      @TheKitchyKitchen1  9 лет назад +1

      +yerapa12 For chia seeds I'd recommend any Latin markets for better prices, but otherwise the oats should be pretty inexpensive to whip together. Feel free to try different flavors too, as long as the liquid/oats ratio is the same it will work. Hope this helps! xo

      +mereblue Just a tip. She got offended in another video that someone said something like that. She thinks that u should stay at the fact that she is glowing, cause she believes that it is a very personal matter , that she doesnt want people to talk about or ask in the comments. So maybe you should delete your comment , cause maybe it will make her sad .

    I love added chia seeds to my smoothies but i cannot stand the taste of chia pudding haha! You usually wear a waist trainer which makes you look way too petite but this sweater isn't very flattering. You have such a natural pretty figure!

    I love the idea of this, but my problem with all of these overnight recipes is that they are so soggy. I have a big problem with the texture. I couldn't even eat cereal with milk as a child because of this. I would eat them dry and drink the milk separately. But the thought of softened cashews is just too much! I wish It seems very convenvient though.
