    I am so going to make this! But I’m going to start the bacon in a dry pan first and add the garlic when the bacon is almost cooked 😊

    While it's wonderful to experiment with recipes and create fusion dishes, it's crucial to respect the original. In traditional carbonara, garlic and milk are never used, and guanciale or pancetta are strongly preferred over bacon due to their distinct cured flavors, rather than the smokiness of bacon
