Good info. Drawing and not shooting is important too in developing the “ archery” muscles. New archers usually learn to punch the trigger or thumb BECAUSE they aren’t in shape and drawing too much weight. And so many shops do NOT set up the release properly. Firing a trigger with the tip end of the index is NOT GOOD FORM. Or having a thumb button release improperly set up. When EVERYTHING is set up right shooting a bow becomes so easy. You do not have to be “ fighting?” the bow but simply using it.👍👍
