The omelette and hot chocolate isn't weird to me. When I was a kid, every time my dad felt like my mental health was dropping again, he'd make me an omelette and hot chocolate, and when I was sick he'd still do that but he'd make sugar free hot chocolate (it wasn't as bad as it sounds) I struggled a lot with mental health growing up, but it was super sweet and he always somehow knew when I needed it
