Meet SOMAE! Their name combines 'SO' from Sophia, 'MA' from Megan, and 'E' from Yoonchae. This is a subunit concept I came up with because I wanted to hear how they would sound as a trio. I envisioned their sound as very fun and bright. I also created a subunit for Manon, Lara, and Daniela, which I’ll be uploading very soon. For the song 'Glitter Pen,' I wanted to write about love, using a glitter pen as a metaphor. The line 'Rather die without my baby' doesn’t make much sense, but it was the first thing that came to mind while writing. When I tried changing it to 'I would die without my baby,' it just didn’t feel right.
