JSC to go ahead with interviews next week

- The Judicial Services Commission has written back to the MK Party
confirming that it plans to go ahead with its interviews scheduled for
next week without the presence of its parliamentary leader Dr John
Hlophe.
On Friday last week, the Western Cape High Court issued an interim
interdict preventing Hlophe from participating in next week’s JSC
gathering, but is yet to hear arguments around his membership in the
body.
On Monday, the official opposition wrote to Chief Justice Mandisa Maya
in her capacity as the commission's chairperson to postpone the
sitting until their application for leave to appeal is heard.

This is nonsensical which law sighted that impeached judge can't paticipate in JSC interviews and how long should he wait.
It so sad to see other black people celebrating an unfair treatment of Dr Hlophe which is unconstitutional and the law does not prevent him from taking part in the JSC...its shows how uninformed we are or maybe it's jealousy of the mere fact that Dr Hlophe is highly qualified...

It's a strategy for a certain member to go through interview because Dr Hlophe is not playing the game. Just watch the space, after that interview he will be reinstated 😮
MK, asking for postponements is formality followed by indictment, as the constitution doesn't allow JSC sitting without the main opposition representative which is also inline with parliament rules that constitute the sitting of committees to be formal.
