Lovely card! I’ve been watching several RUclips’s this morning and recall you asking a question to viewers on one of them about what we use for viewing- I am a RUclips fan first, then I use Pinterest second. I do not use Facebook or Instagram… I love the RUclips prime, which does costs more, but I love tutorials that aren’t being interrupted for ads!!!! Hope you had a nice visit with your friends yesterday! Friends and Cardmaking are the best therapy ever!!!!!!!
That's great. Three only problem I have with Pinterest is that when I started a board for my cards, loads of other cards were added to that board, so it wasn't exactly my cards any longer!

Thank you so much! Do you buy all your card blanks/bases? You might be able to use an embossing tool with a ruler on a foam mat, but a score board is much easier.
Thanks @@Chrissieannie I make all my own fronts and bases and do have a foam mat and embossing tools so may give it a go. They do add so much.
@@vikijerke621 I asked if you made your card bases as I wondered how you scored them before folding if you didn't have a score board.🤔
my scoring is a bit improvised I'm afraid. I place 2 corners of my card into the corner of my stamping platform and go from there. Works fairly well........@@Chrissieannie

It's amazing how the 'little' touches really elevate the card. Scoring the sizes of the back card made a world of difference. Nothing fancy, just a little extra.

Super elegant it certainly is. The edge-scoring is really effective, what a great idea. Any one of my (not very many!) embossing folders would (a) work well for this & (b) give very different cards, so I could make half a dozen of these (just because I love making cards) to give to a friend as a sort of notelet set. Gosh, my heart used to sink when given a set of a dozen (usually rather ugly) notelets for Christmas as a child as a hint for thank you cards... I'd have much preferred a KitKat! (No more brackets, I promise!)

I have tried to find a Crafter's Companion score board because mine has narrow slots and I love the look of the wider. However, this is one of the little touches I learned from you that I use the most, even without the proper score board! It adds that finished look that the edges need to take a card from plain to elegant in a flash. This is just beautiful and I love the sentiment across the bottom. The butterfly does add a nice touch.
