it's so fucking jarring to come back to this game after 4 years and seeing just how horribly overpowered everything is. it used to be that, when a new gun came out around 2017-2020, it would have 81-89 damage, and really the only non-shotgun and non-sniper guns above that amount were the SCAR-H and the HCAR.
And then I install the game on the switch, and....nearly every single gun in the random box section had 90-110 damage???? HUH?????? and it's not like they do that much but have lower multipliers to balance them, no, now the base level of multipliers is ALSO HIGHER THAN BEFORE. I remember when it was a big deal for a gun to come out with a ×5.0 or more headshot multiplier because most of the base guns only had a 4.0-4.5 multiplier, and had ×1.0 body multipliers. Now we have guns with 102 damage, 110 damage, 890 damage, 1100 damage, and a 145 damage lmg with hundreds of rounds in its magazine. Oh, and they fucking removed the vendor, so now it's literally physically impossible to get free guns without spending SOME form of currency.....what a shit game...
@zzeroara9511 warface got way more f2p friendly than back then. BP is free, events are always great for f2p meta guns etc. Ofc a game changes in the span of 4 years, that's just natural and it will continue like this forever. In almost every game.
