I got PROJECT: Pyke free from the skin crafting menu, but I was surprised to learn its 1820 RP. To me, PsyOps and Ashen Knight are far nicer. It does not feel like it should be "legendary" frankly speaking.
ashen knight is the best pyke skin after empyrean with white chroma
On point, the white chroma gives him a whole new vibe and i really like ashen knight but pyke empyrean ult penta does it for me.
